Chapter 18 - The double date

*Friday*
Lunar's POV

"Lunar you almost ready?!" Rainbow shouted from outside of my room. I opened the door, "yeah i'm ready." She looked up at me and smiled. "You look great!" she exlaimed and I giggled. "Thanks, i'm excited for this date!" "You should be! I'm just going to be stuck here bored," she said in a annoyed voice.

I giggled and she also started giggling. "Let me just get my bag!" I shouted and ran into my room as she went downstairs. Funneh and Alec, and Evan and I are going on a double date to the movies. It's gotten way colder here in America, but i'm used to it since I live in Canada. I grabbed my bag and ran downstairs. "I don't know! I'm nervous man," I heard Evan say to Rainbow.

"For what?" I asked and they both jumped and looked at me surprised. "Umm nothing," Raimbow said nervously. I looked at Evan who looked away really quick. Rainbow also looked away and I raised an eyebrow. "Okay then..." *HONK HONK* "they're here, bye Rainbow," I said walking out.

I heard more whispering and soon Evan caught up to me. "Sorry," he put his arm around me and I looked at him. "Whatever," I mumbled, putting my hands in my pockets. Wow this light sweater is not keeping me warm. I shivered as we walked towards Alec's car.

"Hey guys!" Funneh said as we got in the warm car. He had the air on so it was warm. "Hi!" I giggled as I put on my seatbelt. "So movie first then food?" Alec asked us, looking back. "Why not," Evan and I both said. He nodded and started driving.

Rainbow's POV

I was cleaning up the dorm a bit when I heard knocking at the door. I looked out the window first, and seen Gold. I opened the door for her and smiled. "Hi Gold!" "Heyyy!" She giggled and walked inside. I put the broom away and sat with her on the couch.

"So where are they going for their double date?" she asked me. "The movies," I responded and she smiled. "I remember when Alec, Funneh, Kyan and I went on a friend date to the movies during freshman year," she said with a big smile on her face.

"Ooo sounds like it was fun!" I responded and she laughed. "It was, Kyran shared popcorn with me and Funneh and Alec shared some too," she laughed even more. "Hmm, is that when you friend zoned him?" I asked. She looked at me and raised an eyebrow. "Huh?"

"You always friend zoned Kyran. Evan, Alec, and Funneh told me. Even Kyran!" I shouted as I raised my arms up in the air. "Well we were just friends! And still are..." she mumbled the last part with a frown, but I still heard her. "What was that?" I smirked and she started turning red. "Nothing, let's watch a movie," she blurted out trying to change the subject.

I rolled my eyes playfully and smiled. "Sure, but let's invite Kyran, Draco, and Aly," I said and she started smiling. "YES! I-I mean s-sure go ahead," she stuttered a bit and I giggled. "Let me call them," I ran to the kitchen to get my phone from the counter.

30 minutes later
Funneh's POV

"It's okay, princess," Evan said, Lunar smacked his hand off her face. "Don't call me princess! I hate that," she said rolling her eyes and he chuckled. I giggled and stared back at my phone. I scrolled through instagram and seen Rainbow posted a picture with Gold, Kyran, Draco, and Aly. Draco's head was on top of Aly's and Gold was holding a peace sign behind Kyran's head. They were both obviously blushing, while Rainbow just smiled.
