ROADTRIP | CHAPTER SEVENTEEN

THIRD PERSON! °✈︎༄❤︎➪ Indianapolis, °about an hour later

"I AM SO TIRED" Zach complained for the thousanth time as he and Lilly made their way to the mall. Lillian rolled her eyes and sighed.
"I know Zach, me too." She yawned and rubbed her eyes, dark bags underneath them.
"Can't we just turn around and go back? They won't even miss us!" Zach tried with a pout.
He really wanted to sleep some more.
He had a lot of fun with Lillian last night, just going around town with no worries and all.....but he was also very exhausted.
"No Zach, they are already wondering why we're so late." Lillian answered, pulling her phone out for the time and the place they would all meet up at.
Zach groaned and followed the blonde through the people to a little cafe. Their friends were sitting at a table, busy talking when Lilly dropped herself next to Christina, on the couch.
"Hey bitch, everything okay? You look like a zomby." Christina chuckled, noticing Lillian's tired face. Lilly groaned while Zach sat down next to her, leaning his head back while he almost fell asleep again. Lilly rested her head on his shoulder and just stared ahead of them. Zach looked down at her and sighed, wrapping an arm around the blonde as he pulled her closer to him, actually falling asleep after.
Their friends watched them with grins or confusion. Kay only looked for a split second at them before back down at her phone again.
She didn't care about the fact that Zach was sort of cuddling with her best friend while she was literally at the same table, which confused a lot of people from the squad.
"How late did you go to sleep?" Jonah asked Lilly since she was still half awake. She shrugged.
"Late." She yawned. Jonah rolled his eyes playfully at her and turned back to his coffee.
"Zach was with me, gaming last night while you were asleep. So how can you both be so tired?" Jack asked her confused as he sat up.
Maybe Zach dissapeared later, but he remembered Lilly going earlier to bed than them.
Lilly didn't actually wanna answer, because then they would ask all kind of questions and she would have to explain things which she really didn't want to.
