Before taking your requests, let's set some rules:
1.-Follow me: A very easy thing to do. Consider this as a form of payment for me taking the time and efforts to make you a design.
2.-Credits: Once i give you your cover, it's a MUST to give me credits in the description of your story. This way, you're helping me grow.
3.-Respect and patience: I can't make a cover in 5 min, even less when i have more than 5 requests waiting, so please, i ask for you to be patient. If you're curious about when i will deliver, please ask in a nice way... which leads me to the next point:
I will not tolerate disrespect in any type of level, neither for me or any other comunity member. You'll be ignored if you're rude.
4.-Story published: I do not take any requests for stories that are not published in the platform. For me to consider taking a request, your story must have at least 5 chapters (not parts). This gives me a little insight on wether the story will be continued or not.
Biologies: First book must be published and finished, the second one must be published with at least 3 chapters.
Trilogies or Sagas: First book must be published and finished, the second one must be published with at least 20 chapters.
5.-3 weeks: When i deliver your cover, you must use it at least 3 weeks for you to be able to change it for another design. This is not optional.
In case you don't like it or refuse to use it, it will be erased or it'll pass with my other pre-made designs.

♦ Author name: i don't accept user names with random letters and number. Let's try to keep it as professional as posible. If you don't want to use you name, you can provide a pseudonym.
♦Genre:
♦Phrase: optional.
♦Synopsis or story summary:
♦Idea: I can't work without this, neither it is valid to say "I'll leave it up to you", because i won't take the request.
But also, as you may notice, i'm not a professional (yet), so please don't ask for some crazy ideas for your covers, things that i won't be able to recreate.
♦Others:
DON'T MAKE YOUR REQUESTS HERE, YOU WILL BE IGNORED.
Just to verify that you actually read everything, drop your favourite singer, writer, book, movie/tv show or food. This will also be a part of the form later on named as "Key", which i will add when i'm taking requests.
