Narrator's POV:
"Y/N! Time to go to work." Y/N's brother, Jean said. The Kirstein family, one of the richest families in the country of Japan.
"Okay onii-chann wait" Y/N replied. After some time she dressed up into her work clothes. Her older brother, Jean drove her to the office.
Y/N is a criminal defense lawyer. Which means she defenses a criminal/accused criminal in a case. Ex: A person was accused that they stab someone. A criminal defense lawyer will defend this person. Criminal or not.
In the other hand Levi, as a prosecutor he will prove that the person is guilty. Ex: A person killed someone.
A prosecutor will prove that this person is guilty of murder.
That's the difference of a prosecutor and a criminal defence lawyer(or let's just say a defence lawyer). A defence lawyer will DEFEND this person that they are not guilty.
And a prosecutor will PROVE/ACCUSE this person as guilty.
If you hire a defense lawyer for court they will be your attorney
Now, let's get back to the story.
Your POV(third person):
You finally got to the office and on your way to the court. After, you saw Levi. You weren't close with him but you spend the most with him.
~time skip during the judging has started~
"HE IS NOT GUILTY FOR KILLING THIS GUY. IF HE DID WHY WOULDN'T THE FINGERPRINTS SHOW HUH?" You said, defending the criminal.
"He would've wiped it off obviously, and he removed the fingernails and everything of the evidence we can get." a prosecutor said.
"But he wasn't there at that time when the kill happened. He was at the store, he left at 6:45 pm. BUT the corpse was found at 7:22 pm, and the guard said he came back at 7:30 pm. He is NOT guilty." You said back lashing at the prosecutor.
Suddenly "Yes, he left at 6:45 and came back after 7:30 pm. The security camera only covers the front gate. There were ways he would go in without passing the front gate, we found his fingerprints at the back gate. It looks like he jumped from the gate and sneaked inside. We even found a small drop of blood near the body, his leg was scratched right? He probably ran quick and accidentally tripped, then he killed the person and jumped back it would take 6-15 minutes to kill and go back.Well. That's probably what happened. He is GUILTY"
Levi said. He did had a point there, you can't think of anything else to prove this man innocent. You knew that he wasn't guilty.
"What do you think, Judge?" A prosecutor said. "He has been proven, guilty. I had enough evidence. Thank you."
~after a few hours~
"Hey hey everyoneee let's have dinner today with the lawyers!!" Connie, a defense lawyer said. Everyone agreed including you.
All of you ate and most of you got drunk. "Y/N...Wi-*cough cough* will you marry meeeeeeeeeeee??? I love you sooooo much buttt I wanna kill you so badly you always have ways to prove a criminal none guilty-- but I won today~" Levi said.
"Hmm?? Oh yes Levi yesssss HAHAHAAAAA" You said almost collapsing. "Come home with me dear~"
~next day~
"*yawn* G- L-Levi?! AHHH LEVI WHAT THE HECK WHY ARE YOU IN BED..WITH ME?!?!?!" You said asking, you were both nude. "What?- Y/N...WHY ARE YOU HERE IN MY HOUSE WHY ARE WE BOTH?-"
A flashback came in both of your heads.
"ARGHHHHHHHH"
