Hande couldn't stop smiling.
It was as if a new phase of her life began, from that moment when she started to prepare to give life to Eda Yildiz. It was not an easy thing to search for the essence of a character, to live it to the point of making a difference to your other characters. Even more, she wanted this one to be totally different. However, according to Kerem, it was natural for Hande to give life to Eda, because they had many similarities and it was as if the character was made to be hers. Obviously, at first, she thought it was just a compliment on his part, while rehearsing. But after practicing several times, she started to believe it.
In addition, training with Kerem, seeing him find Serkan's points perfectly, inspired her to want to be even better. It was great to work with a person as passionate about this art as she was. It was even better to work with Kerem and know that they had an important synergy, to play a couple with such sexual tension as Eda and Serkan.
Besides, after everything that had happened in the promotional photos and at dinner at his house, she could say that they were friends and she was comfortable with that. She was getting more and more comfortable with Kerem's presence and that was a little bit impactful for Hande, because the speed with which he became someone welcome in her life, became surprising. His way of being was different from all the guys she had met so far. Everyone he had played with was great, however, Kerem was different in her eyes.
Still she knew that she had to be careful with this approach coming out in the media, as something beyond what it was. Especially with the scandal that Murat had given. She didn't want any more problems in her life, nor did she want to meet Murat or hear from him. And obviously, he could use Kerem to say that she had betrayed him. Especially if the news came out that Kerem had slept in her house. People didn't know he had been on the couch, like a friend, but it didn't matter, he had slept over at her place and period.
So, the next day, when they trained, Hande made a point of quietly going out with Kerem, to his gym, where they would train together. Fortunately, her complaint about the harassment in front of her house had worked and there were no paparazzi, which made her feel more relaxed. But not so much, since she would train with Kerem and the chances of seeing his body exposed again, were great.
- What are you thinking about?- Kerem brought it out of her thoughts.
Hande tried to focus on the conversation and not on thinking about him.
- Nothing much, just thinking about the exercises I'm going to have to do. - her little yellow smile revealed that it was not so. And Kerem observed this.
- To compensate for that caloric bomb from yesterday? I will have to advise you something a little stronger.
She almost choked.
- Like what?
- Kickboxing with me. - He smiled at the idea.
- Does that mean I can hit you? - she smiled too.
- If you can. - challenged.
Facing him, even if from the side because she paid attention to the traffic, Hande seemed to enjoy the challenge.
- That's what we're going to see.
(...)
It was the third time that Hande had fallen into the ring.
Which meant that it was the third time Kerem was on top of her, with no beginner discount. But in defense of the man, she had provoked him. She just didn't expect him to take her seriously. And at that moment, Hande was immobilized, with both arms held by Kerem's hands and he on her hip.
