Many people don't understand that supernatural is not just a show. So they say things like "it's just a show" or "oh, get over it" whenever we share our thoughts and feelings about it, but to us it is far from "just a show". It's a story that allows us to escape, to get away. It's a supportive group to remind you that you are enough, and that having depression, anxiety, or anything that is keeping you from being YOU is normal, it's normal not to be perfect. Life changing, amazing, incredible, and beautiful are all things that we like to use to describe this family. Everyone is fighting in some way and one of the things we've learned is to always keep fighting.
