"Why do you look like that?" Mean asked after he took a sip of his cold glass of water.

Gun sat down. His head was deep in thought so he didn't hear Means question. Mean stood up then walked up to Gun.

"Gun? What's wrong?"

Gun looked up at Mean. He wondered if he should tell him about what the Director had offered him but suddenly he went against the idea.

"Nothing... Am fine."

Mr. Kijworaluk found himself on his way to a garden house to meet an old friend. He felt happy with himself for having offered the position of Acting Chief to Ranong.

He whole heartedly believed that Gun was the right man to give the position. As he neared his destination his phone suddenly began vibranting.

"Hello?"

"Are you still coming?"

"Of course I am. I was just dealing with something work related. Am not too far. Be there in a minute or two."

He hung up as he approached the location. Mr. Kijworaluk adjusted his jacket before the car came to a stop at a beautiful building. He walked up to it and mentally prepared himself. The receptionist called someone to escort him to the area his to be taken.

Mr. Kijworaluk walked out the building and was shown to a golf cart. After a short ride in the cart, Mr. Kijworaluk arrived to meet an old friend.

"Mr. Jumlongkul... Long time."

"Long time indeed my friend. Come come... Have a drink."

Mr. Kijworaluk took the glass with a smile.
He hadn't seen his friend for a long time so meeting up to reconnect with him was a delightful moment.

"Am glad you had time to come out and meet with me..."

"Oh... I can always make time."

Mr. Jumlongkul swayed his head towards the golf course. He loved the game and he knew that Mr. Kijworaluk had played some time ago.

"So... What was it you were dealing with just now?"

"I had to find someone to fill the position of Acting Chief..."

"Did you find someone?"

"Yes I did but now I have to find a new Editing Chief."

Jumlongkul pulled a soft smile. He understood what Kijworaluk was going through. He himself had similar duties at his company.

"Enough about me... What's new with you?"

"Oh... Nothing much if I can say that... But my son recently returned from the army."

"Really?"

"Yea... And his giving me a hard time."

Kijworaluk frowned. "How so?"

"Well... He doesn't want to work at the company... He complains about it non stop. His my only child... How can I keep a legacy if he doesn't comply?"

Kijworaluk suddenly was thankful for having Plan as a son. Compared to what Jumlongkul was going through, his was way better. He felt bad for the guy.

" Well dose he have a basic knowledge about the company work?"

" He was born for this stuff... I don't know if he doesn't like that fact that he would be working for me..."

"If that's the case... Why not let him come over to me... He could fill the position of Editing Chief..."

Jumlongkul stopped moving. He turned to look at his old friend. What he was offering was somewhat a bittersweet solution.

His son would work but for a different company. Even if it belonged to his friend it was still a different company. He ran the pros and cons through his head quickly.

"Wouldn't you suffer?" Jumlongkul finally spoke.

"What do you mean?"

"My son is a hot head. Worse than me... I fear that he would mess things up for you."

"Nonsense... I have a great supervisor that would mold him... In about 3 months will he be good to come back home... But I can't guarantee that his interest would have changed."

"I know..." Jumlongkul knew that this wouldn't be the work of a miracle. He knew his son very well.

"Okay... It sounds good to me... I'll talk to him and see if he will agree."

"Perfect... I trust my people. Just now I placed my son under someone's care and he is turning out well."

Jumlongkul pulled a smile. Satisfied with his decision.

Mark looked at his father with a tad bit of hate. He really hated what he was offering him.

"I don't want to do anything business related... Especially with yours."

"That is impossible Mark... Your my son and the legacy of my hard work. I know you have problems with me... You don't hide the fact... Am asking that you at least work with Mr. Kijworaluk."

Jumlongkul was at his last resort. If his son didn't take this then he didn't know what else to do.

"Please... Only for a short while. It pays good as well."

Mark stood up then left... Leaving his father in a pent-up emotion.
