story
Not much of a people person, I tend to keep my distance especially since i'm stuck in such a crappy school. Everyone here either smokes weed with an attitude or has daddy issues with the pick me girl personality . I rather be alone then hang out with them. I'm used to it at this point ever since we moved to this town i've hated it. Expect one day December 17, 2019 never would I have thought to have fallen in love.
It was an ordinary day I got up got dressed and walked to school, I get there and go to my usual spot, a bench in the back of the school where no one really ever goes. I sit down set my backpack down put on my air-pods to blast some music, and wait for the bell to ring. But all of a sudden I see from the corner of my eye a guy i've never seen before walk up to me. As he gets closer I put my music down and I say "Do I know you?" in a confused voice
He responds in a cheerful way "Hey um I'm new here and you looked lonely so I thought i'd see if you wanted to be friends"
I respond with "oh um sure I guess what's your name?"
He responds "Corey my names Corey"
The bell rings and I reach to grab my backpack but before I could reach it he grabs my hand harshly and gets closer to me.
Me surprised I froze and just stood there
He gets closer and whispers into my ears
"let's leave I wanna take you somewhere"
Me shocked I just respond with "huuuhhh"
He looks me dead into the eyes and says "wanna have the best day of your life"
Me still shocked I take a moment to think and I look behind him and see the ugly ratchet school and I just say "fuck it let's go"
He smiles and takes my hand and we start running fast so no teacher would be able to stop us
We finally get out of school grounds and he turns back to me still holding my hand and says "you made the right choice"
So I just followed him and we finally reach a boba shop and he takes me inside sits me down on a table and tells me to wait there
8 minutes later he comes back with 2 drinks and he gives me one
I've never seen this drink before but he hands it to me and says "here this is the best boba drink they have here trust"
I take a sip and absolutely fall in love
I think it only took me about 5 minutes to chug that drink down
He starts laughing and says
"Haha i'm glad you liked it"
And I respond with "yea hehe thanks but why are we doing this like i'm enjoying it but why'd you ask me to come with you"
He looks at me and responds "I just know your the one"
Me confused I respond with "what do you mean the one"
He looks at me and turns slightly red and says
"Hey I promised you a fun day and that's what your gonna get so let's talk"
So he goes on and starts talking about how he moved here a few days ago and he's hated it as well and wanted to do something spontaneous and he saw me and just "knew" still not sure what he meant by "knew" but i went with it, we talked for what felt like 10 minutes but really we talked for about 5 hours. Time went by so fast
In those 5 hours of talking I felt like I knew him my whole life it felt so right. I look at the time and realize we should start heading back, he looks at me with a sad face and insists for me to come over to his place. And i realize my parents won't be home till about 11 because of some party they are gonna go to. I got excited and I finally gave in and I said sure
He gets up excited and grabs my hand and we start walking
We finally reach his house and he takes me to the front door and opens it and we walk inside
I was expecting to see his mom or a sibling but no one was there
I started to get a little nervous because i've been to a boys house let alone a boy I just met in a completely empty house
He takes me to his room grabs my backpack sets it down in the corner and sit me on his bed and turns on the tv he had in there
I sit back in his bed as he turns on Netflix and puts a movie
He finally finds one and sets the controller down and jumps into bed with me and sits down close to me
I just look at him and smile
20 minutes into the movie I feel a hand going around my shoulder
I get a little nervous and I just turn to look at him and realize he's staring at me
We make eye contact and I look at him as he's looking at me up and down smiling
I got butterflies and looked away nervously
He gets closer to me wrapping his arm around me completely
I just froze butterflies in my stomach
I just kept thinking to myself what am I doing I just met him but yet I feel so safe and comfortable
