•June 5 1989• If I only knew they weren't fine. We should've gone out there. We shouldn't have let them go out there alone. If I only knew.
Bill thinks that they were swept in by the storm and they're some how living in the sewers. But I knew that even if he were right they wouldn't be living, the force of it would've killed them. And then being swept in by the storm didn't explain the blood. All the blood...
I opened my curtains and smiled as sun beams shined down on my face. 'Today's going to be a good day, I'm in desperate need for one of those'. Bill who lived in the house just across from mine opened his curtain and smiled
"S-see you at school today"
"Last day!!!"
"S-speaking of, what are you d-doing tonight"
"I assumed I was gonna hang out with my fellow losers" I smirked and closed the curtains to start getting ready
I put I tight fitted graphic tee with some black ripped Bermuda shorts and a pair of converse. I wasn't sure what to do with my hair so I threw it in a high ponytail and maintained my hairs in the front making them curl around.
"Alright Mum I'm heading out for school"
"Alright hun be safe" she came up to me and gave me a tight tight hug and kissed my forehead.
I went out the door and walked my bike over to bills house. I leveled my hand to the door and just as I went to knock I heard yelling, Coming from Bills parents. I sat there awkwardly waiting for bill to come out.
After five minutes of incoherent yelling Bill finally opened the door with his head down and walked right into me.
He looked up surprised "s-sorry about that, r-ready to go?"
"Are you ok Bill"
" n-no I'm not ok y/n I haven't been ok" he sat down on the steps defeated.
I sat next to him holding in tears, it hurt to see him like this, nut this was the new normal for bill. I comforted him the best I could before he sat up and walked over to his bike.
