Johnny's P.O.V

I drive near the school and start looking for an apartment. I'm going to surprise Jonah by renting her an apartment. I want her to be far away from her asshole family. I go inside the first building I see with an 'apartment for rent' sign. I go up a flight of stairs and knock on the door marked 5. A large man answers the door and looks at me with a disgusted look. "Hi." I gulped. "I'm looking for an apartment for my girlfriend." I say, as he allows me to enter. "If she's your girlfriend, shouldn't she move in with you?" He says, lighting a cigarette. "That's really none of your business." I snapped. "Well, this apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom and a small built in storage unit, along with one downstairs." He said. "It looks nice. How much is the rent here?" I asked. "450 bucks a month." He says, blowing smoke around. "That's pretty cheap." I say, amazed at the price. "It's an old building. I take what I can get." He says, taking a drag. "I'll be paying the rent, until I say otherwise." I say, pulling out my wallet. "I'll pay for the first three months right now. So about 1,350." I say, handing him the money. "Great. I'll also need a damage deposit. Which comes to 150 bucks." He says, counting the money I already gave him. "Okay...here's 150." I say, passing him more of my money. "She'll be moved in this week." I say, shaking his hand to seal the deal.

*Back at Johnny's house*

I walk in and toss my keys on the table. As always, I grab a beer from my fridge and watch 'Lost'. I was so glad I got Jonah an apartment. I can't wait to see what she does with the place. I also can't wait to see her reaction when I tell her what I did. All of a sudden, my home phone started ringing. "Hello?" I say, answering the phone. "Hi, big boy." The woman says on the other side of the phone. "Who is this?" I ask, growing curious. "It's me, Jonah." She says, laughing her adorable laugh. "Oh my god! You got me." I say, laughing as well. "How'd you get my number?" I ask, since I forgot to give her my cellphone number. "It's in the phone book, Mr. Johnny Depp." She said. "Well, I have a huge surprise for you." I say, counting the seconds until I tell her. "What?" She says, excitingly. "I got you your very own apartment." I say. "What? Really? Oh my god! Thank you so much." She screams threw the phone. "We can move you in this week and Greg won't know where you live." I say, getting excited myself. "Great! I can't wait. Here's my number, so you can text me later." She says, telling me her cell number. "Bye, babe." I say. "Bye, honey." She says and we both hung up. I laid down on my couch and continued watching 'Lost'. 5 minutes later I fell asleep.

Jonah's P.O.V

I can't believe Johnny got me my very own apartment. I really truly can't wait to move out of here. And the fact that Greg won't know where I live makes me even more happier.
