Never, never did I think

A month had gone by and the two girls were doing their best to make sure their kids knew they were happy together. 

Chloe woke up one morning feeling extremely nauseous. She ran to the bathroom and threw up a few times.

"Oh my god." She whispered to herself as she grabbed the pregnancy tests from the drawer.

Beca and herself thought the pregnancy didn't work since it had been so long. She quickly took the tests and waited for the timer to finish.

Two minutes later after much nervous waiting she lifted the tests and began to cry. Each test came back positive.

"Chlo?" She heard Beca speak from the bedroom.

"One second!" She shouted back.

Chloe hid the test in her pocket before heading out of the room to her wife who was still laying in bed.

Beca lazily smiled at her while raising her arms for a hug. Chloe rolled her eyes playfully as she walked over to the brunette. Beca wrapped her arms around Chloes waist and pulled her down onto the bed as the redhead giggled like crazy.

"Beca!" Chloe laughed as she tried to wiggle out of the girls grip.

Beca flipped the two so chloe was trapped under her and she snuggled her head under Chloes shirt.

"Baby what are you doing." She giggled.

"I Wuv you!" She yelled from under the other women's shirt.

Chloe continued to giggle as she enjoyed laying with her wife. Their peace was soon ended when they heard a couple loud thumps and the scream of their daughter. Beca was out of the bed and through the door before Chloe could even process the sound. 

Beca rushed down the stairs once she saw her son unconscious laying on the ground. Beca rushed to his side with Hadley beside her. 

"Haddy what happened?" Beca asked as calm as possible.

"We were playing in my room and I got hungry. Bubba was giving me a piggyback ride to the kitchen to get some cereal. He slipped and we fell. He turned us so he'd hit the ground and not me. He pulled me so I was tucked into his chest." Hadley cried. 

"It's okay baby, he'll be okay." Beca reassured her as Chloe arrived in the room.

"Where were you?" Beca asked her wife as she felt for Parkers pulse.

"Calling 911. I saw him on the floor and called immediately." She said.

They supported his neck and back as they moved him off the stairs and flat on the floor. There was a large cut on his head but other than that he looked fine on the outside. They were worried about what other damage might of happened that they can't see.  

Five minutes later Parker was rushed to the hospital via ambulance. The doctors asked for them to say outside the room until they finished with their assessment. Beca paced the floor in front of where Chloe and her daughter sat. 

"Beca he's gonna be fine." Chloe told her. 

"He could've died Chlo. You didn't see the way he landed. His neck could've snapped. We're so lucky Hadley isn't hurt. We should've been out there already but instead I decided." Beca stopped talking and sat down, resting her head in her hands. 

Chloe reached over and began rubbing the girls back, "It's not your fault. There was nothing we could've done to prevent this. Don't blame yourself" She tried to comfort her but Beca wasn't having it. 

"No Chlo. We're suppose to protect them. I decided that messing around was more important then making sure our kids were okay. I just" She got up and walked away without another word. 

Chloe wanted to go after her but she didn't want to leave parker. Instead she called Aubrey.  

Beca walked through the halls of the hospital before making her way outside. She leaned against the wall and pulled her phone out. She dialed Jesse's number and waited for him to answer. 

"No Beca you're not a bad parent" He answered.

"How'd you?" She asked confused. 

"Chloe called Aubrey because she was worried and wasn't sure what to do. We're currently on our way to the hospital."  He answered. 

After a few seconds she replied, "I'm overreacting, aren't I?" She asked. 

"A little. It's understandable to be worried or blame yourself but Bec its not your fault. There was nothing either of you could've done." He told her. 

"Thanks Jess" She smiled. 

A couple hours later after Beca returned they were allowed to head home with Parker. He suffered a mild concussion as well as needing ten stitches on his forehead. Aubrey offered to take the kids back to her and Jesse's for a movie night since they wanted to hangout but Parker is limited due to his injuries. Chloe and Beca agreed and soon ended up home without their children. 

The two made their way up to their bedroom and Beca headed to the bathroom. Chloe forgot she left two pregnancy tests on the toilet and was confused when Beca came back out holding a stick. 

"Chlo, what's this?" She asked holding the tests up. 

"Oh my God I almost forgot!" She exclaimed. 

"Are, Are you?" Beca couldn't seem to form the sentence so Chloe answered for her. 

"Im Pregnant baby" She smiled as she wrapped her arms around Beca's neck. 

Beca smiled before leaning in and kissing her wife. She couldn't believe they were having another one.
