Chapter 11

Tao sat on one of the chair at Kai and Kyungsoo's garden with a newspaper spread on the garden table on the next day. He received a call from Kyungsoo that afternoon, whining about there were a lot of ingredients left from shopping time yesterday and he wanted to make a cake so he invited them all for tea time at his house. It was only Tao who stayed outside because Kyungsoo and Kai were busy preparing foods and drinks at the kitchen- mostly Kyungsoo. Kai being a good partner wouldn't want his lover to overwork by himself.

"Emm, hye", the voice woke Tao up from his train of thoughts. Part of the newspaper was accidentally crunched by Tao' grip.

"H-Hey", he had seen this guy from somewhere but he can't remember clearly. The moment he remembered, he oh-ed loudly while pointing his forefinger back and forth to the guy and himself, gathering his memories together. "Officer Park-Chanyeol?"

He saw the other person smiled widely and nodded his head before they shook hand. There was other person Officer Park brought together and Tao didn't bother to ask him who.

"Sehun and Luhan will be here late as Sehun has few things to do and he brought Luhan together", Tao told the hosts. Kyungsoo has served the delicious looking cake on plate to everyone there, Tao, the officer, the one with the officer and Kai. Tao was about to dig in the cake when Officer Park talked to him with a full mouth.

"I'm sorry for last time I doubted you", he took another spoonful of cake into his mouth before moaning lowly; expressing the delicious taste of the cake.

"Err. Okay?" Tao awkwardly answered and brought a cup of tea to his mouth and took a sip of it, his desire of eating cake has flamed off.

"Oh, I forgot to introduce- my friend here is also an officer here at Han Town", Officer Park patted the back of his friend a little hard to Tao's liking but that was maybe the way policemen's bonding worked out. "He was the one who needed to go to your house before, Mr Huang sir. Supposedly", he looked at Tao with sympathy. "But he was patrolling at that time and I was the one left at the station"

The officer kept on talking and surprisingly Kai and Kyungsoo got his jokes every time he joked. He was told about this person here was the person whom Kai said probably can help him with his house. He listened to the cases solved by the person and he knew he can trust this friend of Officer Park-Chanyeol and Kai. Not that he has other alternatives to try.

Tao nodded as he absorbed the information throughout their conversation. He took a look at him and he saw the other man extended his hand across Officer Park to Tao and Tao gave a light grip and shook the other hand.

"We haven't being introduced properly. I'm Kris Wu"

"It's Tao. Huang Zitao"

"Nice to meet you sir. You can drop all the formalities with me and call me Kris", the other man flashed his gummy smile and Tao felt less awkward.

Few minutes later Sehun came still in his work attire with sweater-Luhan clung on his arm like a koala as usual. Kyungsoo welcomed them to join the tea time as he brought Luhan to sit on the chair next to him and slicing cake for the incoming guests. Sehun on the other side stating his apologize for coming late while exchanging greetings to the new faces at the table.

"We have new guests joining us today, Luhan", Kyungsoo chirped.

"Oh, really?" Luhan eyes moving unfocusedly to Kyungsoo's direction. His sparkling eyes complimented his beautiful smile perfectly he almost looked like a girl. A pretty one on top of that.

"I'm Park-Chanyeol, Han Town's officer", Chanyeol extended his hand and Kyungsoo took Luhan's hand to make it easier for him to reach the other's. Chanyeol then released his hand after held it for a while and let Luhan's hand hung freely on the air, "And my friend here-"

"I'm another officer guarding Han Town. Kris Wu", Kris held Luhan's hand and gave it a light shook.

Luhan's face changed from the cheeky smile to shocked expression. His eyes opened wide and mouth gaping for something unsure. It was worsen when everyone noticed the change in Luhan.

"Y-You sounded like him"

I was in grammar confusion during writing these two chapters and I need to re read all grammar thingy again to make the story less having grammatical error.

I need to re read again the chapters from the beginning to make sure the plot stay on track.
