It's like a horror thing where this person is walking around in old hospital and constantly his footsteps and sees shadows they never actually see a monster creature... And throughout the thing they'll see like people attacking them or knocking them out or something and so they have to kill the things that's trying to get them...then in the end they get captured by so one of the things that you're trying to get them and they get stabbed with something come to find out that they're hearing and seeing things and they were actually in a hospital and they ended up killing a bunch of people before someone finally caught them and sedated them....
