'Dr. Wu's Pov'
The process to find Blue was a slow one, for Owen would have to stop every once and a while, so that he could find tracks. Truthfully it was a tedious process but it had to be done. Besides it didn't take much longer until they found the tracks that they were searching for. Once they had found the tracks that were indeed Blue's tracks, were they able to follow after her.
By the time that they found Blue's tracks, was it now in the middle of the morning. The long search to find Blue, could of been seen as boring or a waste of time. But it honestly wasn't, after all time was of the essence now. For the sounds coming from the radio made things all too real. If they couldn't find Blue, then their chances of finding and stopping the hybrid could not be done.
Owen was certainly closing in on Blue now, for he was now walking in the woods with the morning rays covering the woods that he and the others were in. Their vehicles were of course on the side of the road, while they searched for Blue on land.
Claire was of course walking with Owen, much like Lance. The only one who was not walking with them however was Dr. Wu.
"I must write everything down!" spoke the scientist who was sitting in the vehicle alone. His writing hand was moving quickly as he listened to the radio, which had been on the entire time.
Dr. Wu had so many ideas and thoughts that he needed to make notes of right then and there. All of these thoughts of his were on the weaponized hybrid that he was successful to make, all on his own. If they were indeed able to stop this one, he needed to take notes on what they used against her. These notes were very important to him, and would remain important to when he makes another one that he will sell off successfully in the near future.
The military would not get these notes that he was making, and he will fight like hell to keep them.
Sure, the military had his other notes but he doubted that they could do what he does. All of the money in the world that they had would not be enough to make another successful hybrid like he does. They of course could try, but they would fail and he knew that. He also knew that they would not let him go, for even they needed him and his intelligence.
Dr. Wu was too important to them and they knew it.
He smiled some to himself as he listened to the sounds that the radio made in the background. That feeling of pride was strong within his being still, and it never wavered once. Not by a long shot.
Dr. Wu was too valuable to the military, and he felt that he had some kind of power over them. Why?, well he was the only scientist who had the skills and knowledge to create these hybrid creatures successfully. Years upon years of training and knowledge on this subject, has made him highly educated as well as sought after by countless of people and organizations. If he played his cards right on making another hybrid who was deemed as perfect, he wouldn't have to worry about money ever again.
If only he knew about this sooner. Oh well, it didn't matter. Besides, he needs to stop this hybrid who was unfortunately loose. Which honestly it was a shame, for she had so much potential. But that was the thing, she could of been perfect but sadly she was a dud. Like all duds, they were exposed of.
However this dud has been somewhat useful to him before she was to be destroyed, for he was able to watch her and learn from her. All of this information was important to him, and would be passed on to the other hybrid who will be perfect. Mark his words, the other one will be perfect. He would not fail this time, for he was sick of failure now. This time would be the time that things go in his favor, and he wouldn't stop until he made the perfect weapon.
Looking up from his writing slowly, did he look outside of the window now curiously. Owen, Lance, and Claire were out on foot as they look around for Blue. His eyes were locked on the direction that the three of them had went to mere moments ago.
