As Heylel and Adrian slid down the hill, Heylel catched a glimpse of a shadowy figure standing in the forest border. The same figure in his dream.

"Shit. We need to go faster!" Adrian said, snapping Heylel out of his thoughts.

"Heylel! Can you move to my left side and hold on to my jacket!" Adrian ordered Heylel as the boy slowly made his way on the left side of Adrian and held tightly on his leather jacket.

With Heylel out of the way, Adrian used his right hand to aim behind them as a soft yellow glow emitted from his palms. The yellow color became orange and the orange became red as heat waves started to appear and soon, a blast of flames emitted from his hand, the blast so strong that it made them faster than a Cheetah.

As the two boys came closer and closer to the village, they saw a figure the size of a horse but with the body of a lizard like creature with wings that resembles those of a dinosaur that can fly, an elongated neck like a giraffe's four webbed like feet like a duck that has claws like a lion and has an alligator like tail.

Heylel looked at Adrian as Adrian looked at Heylel, both muttering in an instant.

"A dragon."

They both looked infront of them, seeing the wretched beast open its mouth, a heat wave occuring as a stream of molten magma spew out it's mouth followed by an enormous flame that spread like a well, forest fire.

The molten magma that spew out from its mouth was soon headed for a child in a colorful pink dress, holding a stuffed bear that might soon be obliterated when a sudden blast of water came out of nowhere.

"RUN!" A man shouted as Heylel and Adrian finally got to the village, now facing the deranged beast.

The two boys looked over where the water came from and saw a middle aged man came from a house which was slowly but surely burning down.

"Dad?!" Heylel asked, surprised seeing his father among the ruckus with a bleeding head and burn marks all over his body.

"No time to explain! We must get everyone to safety and make sure that that beast won't get awa-" Heylel's father was cut off when another ball of molten magma was fired.

The Old man was quick enough to dodge it but not quick enough to get his hand out of the way, resulting in the molten ball of magma to obliterate his left hand.

"DAD!" Heylel shouted as he ran over to his father who was now bleeding out of his left hand.

The old man held on to his hand to try and stop the bleeding, but to no avail.

"Here, let me help." Adrian suggested as he took the arm of the old man who was barely conscious due to the loss of blood and pointed his finger in the air.

As Adrian closes his eyes, the air around his finger began to fizzle as he started chanting a spell.

"Ezti Moyses intak lith!" As Adrian finished the spell, a soft glow of blue light emerged from his hand, covering the amputated hand of Heylel's father, covering the outer layer with a thin sheet of snow, stopping the blood from gushing out.

"This should stop the bleeding until we get him to safety. But we need to hide him and keep him safe to make sure that he won't get hurt." Adrian suggested as Heylel looked at him with a burning passion within his eyes.

Heylel stood up and looked at Adrian.

"Can you stop that dragon from attacking me while I make a barrier for dad?" Heylel asked as Adrian nodded and sprang to action to go against the fire breathing beast.
