SAKURA POV

Hinata offered to walk with me home and for that I was thankful. Her and Naruto had come out to check on me when they found me sobbing, Hinata then told Naruto she'd walk with me that's when Naruto said he was going to go talk to Sasuke. Me personally, I wanted to just go home and take a nice long hot bath then go to bed. "You sure you don't want me to stay with you Sakura-chan?" Hinata asked blushing slightly as we made it threw the crowded streets to the door of my apartment. I gave a sniffle then gave her a sad smile, "No thanks Hinata, you go find Naruto and enjoy the rest of your Valentines day." she hesitated but then nodded turned and started to walk away, "And Hinata?" I said. She turned, "Thanks." She gave me a smile then nodded.

Sitting in darkness I mindlessly flipped threw the channels nothing good was on. 'I'm possessive,cruel and cold!' Sasukes words echoed in my head again causing me to feel worse.
My phone rang causing me to almost have a heart attack. I instantly recognized the song that was playing, answering I said, "Hello Ino."
"Hhheeeyyyy billboard brow. How's your time with Sasuke!?" She screeched in my ear, "Oww, Ino tone it down a notch. Sasuke and I arnt together." I said with a huff, she stayed silent for a while. "Oh, I'm sorry Sakura. Are you ok?" she asked which caused me to smile, this is why we were bestfriends. "I'm ok." I lied, "Just saw today going totally different." I said.
"Want me to beat him up for you?" she asked "Shikamaru could give it a good try but he's probably so lazy that he'd fall asleep on the way over there." she said causing both of us to giggle.

We continued to talk until around sunset, she told me how Shikamaru had promised to take her out for dinner tonight but in her words, "I doubt he makes it here, lazy fool probably forgot all about it."
"Forgot what troublesome women?" came Shikamarus voice on her end. Then there was a really high pitched squeal on her end making me wince and pull the phone away from my ear. "Ino?" I said. "Sorry Ino is unable to answer the phone. She will call you back later." Shikamaru said then he hung up just as fast leaving me wondering what just happened. Sitting my phone back down I was about to go back to flipping threw the channels to try to find a movie that wasn't a comedy when it rang again. 'Must be Ino.' I though as I picked it up and answered.
"Hey."
"Sakura! Come quick its Sasuke!!!" came Narutos panicked voice. I instantly was on high alert, "Naruto slow down what happened and where are you!?" I said as I ran to get my shoes. He was silent then said, "We're at the training field! Sakura hurry there's a lot of blood!!" then the line went dead, I practically ran threw my front door making my way to the training field as fast as I could, to get to my raven.

Sasuke pov

"How many times do I have to tell you Naruto. I can't be with her." I growled. Naruto had barged in and demanded to know why I had made Sakura cry. "Be with her or not you could at least went along with the day she had planned for the both of you." he said then he noisily slurpped his ramen. I shook my head, "And that would had just hurt her worse you baka. Then she would had thought we were officially together." I said.

"Do you not care how Sakura feels!?" he yelled at me anger clearly evident on his face. "She's all I care about idiot." I replide.

"Alright call her and tell her that. Tell her you are an idiot and a jerk and that your afraid that if you two get together that you'll do something to hurt her." he said picking up my phone and handing it to me. Looking down at it then back up at him I shook my head, "No Naruto its better this way." I said.

"Better? Better for who Sasuke!? You!? Because I know for a fact that its not better for Sakura. She loves you, its really clear! Hell why you were gone off with Orochimaru and getting revenge on your brother she was here doing every possible thing she could to become stronger so that when she saw you next she could bring you back. All because she loves you." he said in a huff, I frowned then looked away. "Look man I get your scared of hurting her and not many people can tell but you love her too. You have to take a chance." he said sliding my phone toward me, "I doubt she would want to talk to me now." I replide sadly.

"Just try." he said giving me a determined look. Dialing her number I hit the call button, it didn't even ring once before it went to voicemail. "She must have it off or is on it right now." I said hanging up.

"We need a plan, something to show her just how much you really care about her." Naruto said as he started to tap his forehead, I couldn't believe I was actually going to do this. I cleared my throat, "Well there is this one thing." I said giving him a smirk, I proceeded to tell him the incredible plan I had thought up as a kid that I promised to one day do. He gave me a wide smile, "Do you mind helping me?" I asked.

"Of course I will. What do I have to do?" He questioned. I took a piece of paper and wrote some things on it, handing him the paper I said, "Could you pick all this up?" he read over the list, his smile growing bigger each passing second. Looking up at me he gave a nod then laughed, "Good meet me at the training field at sunset. I have to go get something else." I said. He gave a fist pump then ran.out of my house screaming at the top of his lungs, "THIS WILL WORK!!!"

*******(SUNSET:TRAINING FIELD)

I had everything set up now all I had to do was wait for Naruto to get here with the rest of the stuff. "Sasuke!!" he called as he appeared with a fresh new bundle of roses in hand, I put them in a vase full of water. "Ok everything seems to be set, how do we get Sakura here?" he questioned.

"You'll call her and tell her I'm hurt. She'll come here and ill take it from there." I said taking a bite of my last tomato. He smiled then dialed her number, "SAKURA COME QUICK ITS SASUKE!" he yelled making it sound like he was really in trouble. I had to hand it to him, he sure could be convincing. He hung up then turned and smiled at me, "She's on her way. Need anything else?" he asked. I shook my head, "Thank you Naruto. You've helped a lot." I said, then I got an ideal, "I still have one thing to set up. You mind getting some of our friends together and stalling Sakura?" I asked. He gave an embarrassed chuckle and rubbed the back of his head, "No problem I just want to see my two bestfriends happy so I've got this." he said.

"Hey when did you get so smart anyway?" I asked. His eyes widened and his jaw dropped, "Crap your right! I need ramen stat or ill be like a super braniac! Plus I owe Hinata dinner. Bye Teme!!!" he yelled before disappearing.
