Your heels clicked against the thick, black, warm summers day pavement in the streets of New York City. The streets bustled with cars and citizens roaming the streets.

It was about 2:30 Pm and you were walking home from work since your car was currently being worked on at a local garage. You held your purse close to your chest, walking cautiously Incase anyone tried anything.

As you walked you saw that the route you normally take was blocked off due too construction "Damnit, I'm gonna have to go the other way then" you said too yourself. You looked over and saw an alleyway that connected the road you were on, and the other road together.

You sighed and thought about it...hesitating on wether or not you should go down the alleyway. You looked back and saw how long it wad gonna take too get to the next road over.

'It's just so loonnggg' You thought.

You looked down the alleyway again, you saw no one walking though it so you decided that you were just gonna go for it.

'I mean...what bad could happen?' You thought too yourself.

You took a step forward, entering the dark Abyss  that was the alleyway. Looking all around you, stepping forward slow..one foot after the other.

You started too pick up the speed. A normal pace...speed walk..trot..running. "I'm almost-"

You were pushed up against the wall with force, your head crashing against the brick wall. You looked up and saw someone pinning you against the wall with a devilish smirk on their face.

"What are you doing in here hotstuff~" The deep voiced man said.

You turned you head away from him, looking at he wall. He furrowed his eyebrows and grabbed your face with his dirty, muscular hands and pulled it back toward his own

"You look at me when I'm talkin' to you.." The man said.

"If I were her I wouldn't wanna look at you either.." a voice from the distance said.

The man holding your face turned his head and furrowed his eyebrows, looking for the person who said that.

"Who said that!?! Show yourself pussy!" The man said.

You looked over and saw a tall brown haired man walking out from the shadows 'oh thank god' You thought too yourself.

"Take your dirty paws off her face immediately!" The brown haired man said.

"Make me.." The other man said.

"Heh..fine"

Suddenly the brown haired man stuck his finger up the mans nose, breaking it and sending him flying into a brick wall.

"Okay that was terrifying let's get out of here" The brown haired man said.

He grabbed your hand and started running toward the street, making you trip and slide on small rocks that decorated the ground.

Once you got to the busy street the brown haired man grabbed his knees and panted, wiping sweat off his forehead. You looked at him with your hand on your hip.

"How come you're sweating more than me.." you said jokingly.

"Common lady! I'm the one who saved you!" Joseph snapped standing up.

"I was just kidding!" You said giggling a little.

"But really, thank you" you said looking at up the brunette with a smile.

The man patted your head and smiled awkwardly "o..of course, why wouldn't I help someone in need"

You rolled your eyes and chuckled "well I've gotta get home, toodles~" you said wiggling your fingers at the man and walking away.
