Walking through empty hallways? Creepy. But fun. I could literally have a tap dance competition and no one would notice. Maybe that's what I should do.
But anyways, I needed to grab some leftover supplies before I was released from school and was free from the torture until next year. I unlock my lock because that's what you do. As I'm pulling out some textbooks, I see a flash of movement and voices heading down a hallway. I follow them, watching as they enter a room. Someone else walks in behind them and I decide to go in there too.
"Hey!" I say, looking at my surroundings. Zia, Micah, Iggy and Oliver stand, gazing at something they were blocking from my view. "What's the party?"
I push through them, seeing something that's definitely not a party. Figurines that look like us are standing upright in glass cases, staring straight into my soul. I back away, an uneasy feeling settling over me. And in the middle of the strange mess is a... stuffed bear? On a throne...?
Anticlimactic.
