A New Life

Alli's Pov-
I woke up this morning to the sound of a blender. I peered over my night stand to look at my clock to find it was 4:38 in the morning. I slowly got out of bed and trudged down the stairs. As I walked down the hall to the kitchen, I saw my new step mother appear from nowhere and all she said to me was.

"What are you doing!"

"Well you kind of woke me up this morning with the blender and everything."

"It is not my fault! You could have slept longer. Now go to your room or you are grounded!"

"Ok whatever."

As I trudged back up the stairs, I noticed something out of the corner of my eye. A movement across the halls caught my attention. I crept to the end of the hall and stood standing in the doorway of the bathroom. All of a sudden, an enormous rat jumped out at me sending me flying until I hit the wall on the other side of the hall. I tumbled across the hall and down the stairs clinging to the rat. I will never know how Yonna my step mom never saw any of the scary creatures and the encounters I have had with them. The rat bit my hand, forcing me to let go. Right at that moment, my dad came up to me and just starred down at me.

"Hi dad!"

Alli, should I be concerned?"
"NO!"

"Why is you hand bleeding?"

I slowly looked down on the mark the rat left on my hand. I quickly looked back up at my dad.

"I had a splinter."

"That is a big splinter!"

"I know that's what I was thinking!"

I ran out of the room back to the kitchen where Yonna was still cooking.

"I'm going to the cafe with friends!"

I grabbed a muffin off the counter and ran out the door. I got on my motorbike and sped all the way to meet my friends. At least that's what my parents think I do every Saturday. I really just go down to escape from my parents. I sat down at the closest open stool at the bar area.

"Black coffee please!"

"It will be out soon." The waiter muttered.

I went to the restroom to wash my hands to find and old lady puking in the sink.

"Hey can I help you?"

"Yes you can. I am quite hungry."

The old lady stood up suddenly and started walking towards me. Instinctively I backed up only to end up hitting the wall behind me and being trapped by this flesh eating woman. I kicked her in the stomach and ran. I pulled off the jacket I was wearing, and put my pony tail in my baseball cap. The lady from the bathroom came out and past right by me. I sighed and the waiter came out with my coffee.

"Do you want to travel with me?"

I turned around to find a man staggering around. He took a seat next to me and said once again.

"Well, do you want to travel with me? I am The Doctor by the way!"

He turned to the side and vomited.

Author: Hello I am new. This is my first Fanfic so please don't be rude. I am hopeful that people will like it and if you guys do like it then please comment that you want me to continue. If you don't like it then you don't but don't be too harsh when saying you don't like it. I am planning to have the stepmother be evil too but I would like your input on that too!
