I smiled at the view. This is my average for our school year. Pero hindi naman kagulat-gulat ang naging rank ko. This is very simple to me. I'm always number 1 in everything.

I really work hard for this. I don't even have friends cause, I'm more focused on being number 1. I have all I require and everything I desire. I never put myself first, but the spotlight is on me until right now

I just smirked at Savvi, my enemy. We've competed in everything since we were children, including puzzles, games, and auditions, but look, up until now, I've always won in everything we've competed for.

"Matataasan din kita Kaia, I'm just starting" She said looking at me hungrily like we're the only people here.

"What's more, guess what? You won't be in the way if you're not working that hard, so go get some iced coffee since your eyes might burn just by looking at, I think" I pause "I'm sorry" looking at her pouting sarcastically. 

I just smirked ready to go away when I heard someone gossiping.

"Si Kaia?, Plastic yan. Napakabait nya sa harap ng mga tao pero hindi nyo ba alam na isang malaking loser yan. WAHAHAHA" some girl said

"I know right? Sasabihan pa nya si Savvi ng ganoon. Mataas lang naman ang grade nyan kasi sipsip sya" the other one said

"I know right" then the other one

I heard them laughing but who cares? I'm still on top and they can't. I just rolled my eyes then continued walking.

Naglalakad ako papasok ng room namin. Kukunin ko na ang bag ko para makauwi na agad ako sa bahay. Ngayon ang huling pasok namin at walla summer na! Summer is my favorite season because it allows me to relax and go wherever I want.

Nang makapasok ay agad na inayos ko na ang mga gamit ko nang may makitang nakasulat sa armchair ko.

I just sighed then continued cleaning. Well halos lagi namang silang ganyan eh. Pero who cares, kasalanan ko bang hindi nila akong kayang taasan? Ayoko ding mangealam ng buhay.

The spotlight? mine only.

I'm good at everything you know, I have the best parents and all. I'm just alone but who cares right, my family is happy and I don't want to let them down but maybe it just runs in the blood.

My well-known competitor is Savvi Shain Marz, the principal's daughter. But summer's here, she's just stressed in the butt so who cares about her? I don't

Our school? Galazidad University? It's a big school with girls and boys separated. There is only one greatest in each area. Or let's just say the top of the TOP. 

We have a school that is affiliated with ours, although it is a little different. They have four divisions: one for music, one for sports, one for dancing, and one for the arts. They also have rankings in their university. 

And I am the greatest in our department, Me myself

While in the Boy's department Nixx Sarmentian is known for being the Rank 1. All girls would swarm up just to be with him even Savvi, except me of course. Boys? Love? They're just a waste of time. My love is studying and of course, being the highest of them all. I don't want everyone's hopes for me to be dashed once I start losing, since it's as if I'll lose everything in a blink of an eye.
