3 Years Later...

Location: Center of Laxia,
Date: 1 day BBL

Several people stood around a table in the middle of the courtyard. A League member walks up. He has ginger hair, purple eyes, and a unique sword. He is followed by a woman in camo clothing. She had black hair, green eyes, and an iron sword.

"Alright, we're here. So, what's the plan?" The man asked.

"Ah, Jacob. Glad to see you and Martha made it," said Martin. "Let's go over the plan."

They would send ships out to keep the Imperial navy at bay. Janet would be in charge of the front lines. Black Hood would manage the flanks. Martin would be defending the Dark Order's temple; their intel listed it as a high-value target. Jacob and Martha would face off against Lenard; the two of them stand the best chance against him.

"What about his sons?" Asked Jacob. "Where will they be at?" "They'll be leading the Imperial troops. If possible, I will take them captive," Janet answered. "With them, I just hope we don't have to deal with the worst case scenario."

"Lenard and his Empire will arrive here tomorrow. Are we sure that we have enough supplies?" Asked Martin. "We have more than enough," Black Hood replied in his booming voice.

Martin continued, "Then start preparing the troops. By my calculations, we have less than 24 hours before they get here. Let's move!"

"You are all dismissed," said Janet. With that, they all went in different directions.

One Day Later...

Location: Laxia
Date: 30 minutes BBL

"Keep it moving!" Janet ordered. The fleet was on the horizon. No doubt, they'd soon arrive. In fact, she could already hear cannonfire in the distance. She walked back into the tent, reviewing the map.

"Nervous?" asked a familiar voice from the opposite side of the table. She looked up. "Martin? Why aren't you at the temple?" She questioned. "I just wanted to check up on ya." "What? You worried about me?" "Well… kinda." She smiled. "I'll be fine, you know that." "I do. I just care about you is all," he said while walking over to her. They looked into each other's eyes for a moment. "I know." They exchanged a quick kiss.

"Stay safe out there, alright?" said Martin. "Will do," his partner answered with a chuckle. He walked towards the exit. He stopped and turned back to Janet, who gave him a reassuring smile. He returned the kind gesture before exiting the tent.

Janet grabbed her blade staff before following. She looked around. He was nowhere to be seen. She sighed. "Of course he can do that," she said to herself before hurrying along.

She had no time to waste. After all, time waits for no one.
