Here is a picture of the robotic animal being in place for Monokuma,FluffyKuma,or just Fluffy for short. She's genderfluid aswell and the characters will be able to tell due to her voice Even when she's Nonbinary and male,she'll still have her make up on.
Her eyes are quite different,like with Monokuma's with one being normal and the other a symbol from Hope's Peak,one of Fluffy's eyes will have the Deltarune symbol and the other will change from it being a star,a moon or a skull.
She has light blue fur and nobody knows what she is,is she a cat,or is she a fox? He cat tail and fox tail adds to that confusion too.
Other than acting a bit like Monokuma,with the punishments,she also has her own personality. When she's talking on the cameras she's always falling asleep,or eating. Even in class trials,she can be seen playing on a random game console or falling asleep.
