Chapter 2 - Kyuubi attack and meeting Konoha 9
"Just a heads sakura won't be apart of the konoha 9 she will just be a fangirl who decided to become a medic and also she will still be tsunade's apprentice, she will just be a support medic. Now to the story.

- Disclosed Location

"UUAAH it hurts y'know" screamed Kushina

" I've never seen Kushina in so much pain before that she has cried out like this" spoke Minato

" You're the Fourth Hokage Minato now act like it and get a grip" said Biwako

- In the seal

Kyuubi is thrashing around trying to break free of his prison.

Outside of the seal

All of the ANBU outside were killed.

" Hurry up come out, you stay in kyuubi'' yelled Minato

Then the room was filled with cries of a baby with short spiky red hair with some bright sun kissed

Yellow streaks, 3 whisker marks on each cheek and Azure blue eyes.

Minato went to touch Menma but Biwako told him the mother gets to see him first and the both midwives went to clean Menma off, when two loud thuds interrupted both Minato and Kushina's and they turned around to see one midwife dead and the other knocked out on the ground with a man in a Orange mask holding their baby.

''Fourth Hokage Minato step away from the Jinchuuriki or else this child will die in its first minute'' spoke the masked man.

' How the hell did he get past the barrier' thought Minato

" Get away from the Jinchuuriki, don't you care what happens to the brat.'' says the masked man.

" Wait please, just stay calm." yelled Minato. " Speak for yourself I am as calm as can be Minato."

The man then throws Menma into the air and jumps to Menma with a kunai, but before he could stab Menma Minato catches Menma and lands on the wall.

" Leave it to the Yellow Flash of the leaf, but what about the next one." The man then activates the explosion tags on menma blanket, Minato then Flashes to one of his safe houses and throws the blanket and the house explodes.

" Thank goodness Menma wasn't injured./ But he forced me to use the Flying Rajin Jutsu." thought Minato. With that minato flashed away to another one of his safe houses.

With Kushina and Masked Man -

The masked man then hangs kushina up and starts to extract the nine tails from kushina and the Masked man controls the Kyuubi with his sharingan and begins the extraction and completes it.

" good now we'll head to the hidden leaf village." says the Masked Man, he then tries to use them Kyuubi to squash Kushina but she is saved by minato and then minato flashes away to menma and lays kushina down on the bed with their baby and puts on his Hokage Coat and Flashes away.

Konoha -

A large poof of smoke appears in the middle of the village and when the smoke dissipates it shows the Kyuubi, Then the Fox goes on a rampage destroying and killing everything in his reach. Then Minato appears on his stone head when the Kyuubi sees him and fires off a tail beast bomb at him, but luckily Minato hiraishined the bomb out of the village. Tobi then appears behind Minato and then they flash away to his safe house that was bombed.
