Martha was brought up by awfully strict parents. Beauty standards were forced to be met. Martha was brainwashed into thinking society wouldn't accept her if her cheeks weren't as rosy as a rose, and her waist wasn't 9 inches thinner than normal.
Raising herself- as here parents weren't always around-had its pro's and con's. For example Martha knew had to prep herself well and do many chores for herself. On the other hand, she had
lacked love and affection, and never knew how to handle a relationship.

Beautiful, blue, hefty eyes was something she had always longed for, little did she know that her deep, brown eyes were a fascination amongst many. However, something cherished was her silky, flowing hair that tangoed in the wind, along with the ruffles of her precious, pure white gown. Her fresh, glowing cheeks, holding the happiness she adored, looked as fresh as a lily.

There was a secret she beheld, buried beneath her merry, loving persona. Martha kept this to herself for many years, as her parents were not very accepting... she was, in fact bisexual. Looks may be deceiving, especially with Martha's royal beauty. Her parents thought this was a deadly sin and Martha ought to rot in hell. But her older brother, Mack, was always the first one to stand up for his sister's rights. Henceforth, thus is the reason as why she lived with him in a country side cottage until she was ready to leave the nest.
