Taeyeon fluttered her eyes open when she heard chirpings of birds outside her window. She inhaled deeply and caught a familiar scent. When she turned her head, she saw Sunny held onto her left arm, sleeping soundly. Taeyeon smiled weakly at the sight, and leaned in to kiss Sunny's forehead. She had been missing Sunny a lot because of their separate schedules for months, and no texts, calls, or any Instagram pictures can replace her cuddly girlfriend. That day, she planned to spend it with her girlfriend - and she couldn't wait to start it - but seeing Sunny's sleeping face made her completely forgot about everything else.

Slowly shifting her body to get a better look at Sunny, Taeyeon observed Sunny's face; how her eyelid slightly moved once in a while, indicating that she was in her dreamland; and how her nose twitches every few minutes or so. But when Taeyeon's eyes caught in Sunny's lips, she stared at it for a whole minute then slowly pressed her lips to Sunny's, careful not to wake her up. Taeyeon stayed quiet in her position, observing the sleeping girl, stroking the latter's hair every now and then.

After what seemed to be an eternity, Sunny's eyes flickered open. Taeyeon smiled and planted a chaste kiss on her nose. "Good morning."

Sunny stretched and groggily asked, "What time is it?"

"Not the time to wake up yet."

"Mmmkay..." Sunny hugged the older girl's body for some warmth. It was still quite cold even though it was February, and Taeyeon silently thankful for the global warming for making her girlfriend cuddled closer. She grinned before giving Sunny's forehead some kisses. She could feel the brown-haired girl's warm breath on her chest and her legs tangled on hers, trying to get as warm as possible. They stayed in that position until Taeyeon once again slipped into her dream land.

Taeyeon suddenly felt a surge of cold air on her body, and her hands immediately searched for the warm cuddly bunny she had been hugging. When she felt that there was no bunny anymore, she lazily opened her eyes to see that she was alone in the room. Taeyeon was about to yell out her girlfriend's name when all of a sudden the door opened and she saw what she was looking for.

"Nature called?" Taeyeon asked, amused at how her girlfriend looked that morning: annoyed and relieved at the same time. The still-sleepy Sunny just nodded and slowly made her way back to Taeyeon's embrace. She knew how annoying it was when her sleep was interrupted with her bathroom need. At times like that she knew she couldn't hold it in and even if she's bursting, she couldn't run because, well, her body still needs time to be completely awake to run to the bathroom.

"We have a free day today, Soonkyu-yah," Taeyeon said while kissing the top of Sunny's head and rubbing her back lovingly.

"That's why I'm going back to sleep," tired Sunny answered.

"I think we should go out. It's been a while, isn't it?"

"It's been a while since we have time to cuddle like this as well." Sunny propped her chin on Taeyeon's chest to give Taeyeon her best puppy-dog eyes in her sleepy state.

Taeyeon almost gave in to the pleading eyes but immediately avoided Sunny's eyes by glancing at the clock. "We can cuddle again later tonight," she said as she tried to untangle herself from Sunny's grip, "so come on, let's get ready."

"No~ don't go Taengoo~" Sunny whined and kept her hold on Taeyeon's tiny body. Soon after they started dating Sunny found out that Taeyeon was weak for her whines. Let's just say that she had used her whines to get Taeyeon to do what she wanted.

"Yah, you need to get ready as well."

"I don't wanna~"

Taeyeon sighed and Sunny mentally cheered but tried to maintain a pleading expression. Just when she thought Taeyeon would climb back in, the older girl said, "If I say please, would you start getting ready?"
