Chapter 5

Danielle's POV

I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing. It was my dad.
"Danielle come home we have to unpack!" My dad exclaimed.
"Ok dad I'm on my way home." I said to him.
How am I going to tell Julia? I thought to myself.
I decided to grab a sticky note from her desk and a pen and wrote

I left to go back to my house and unpack. Text me when u wake up and we can hang out .

With that I stuck the note on Julia's forehead ,grabbed my suit case and, head towards my new house!

Julia's POV

"Ding , Ding" I woke up to a text message from shawn. My check began to turn a light pink and my heart pounded so hard I thought it was gonna fall out! When i picked up my phone I noticed something sticky on my head so I pulled it off. It was a note and it said

I left to go pack to my house and unpack. Text me when u wake up and we can hang out.

Wow. i didn't even noticed she was gone. So before I read Shawn's text I texted her back saying I'm awake! Then I went to read Shawn's text and it said

From Shawn😍: hey beautiful wanna hang with me and cam today?

Me: sure. But can my friend Danielle come to? She wanted to hang out with me to!
Within 5 seconds he responded.

From Shawn😍: of course! I'll pick u guys up at 12 and we can go grab lunch!

Me: okay see ya then😉

From Shawn😍: bye ❤️

I checked the time , it was 10:00 now. I decided to text Danielle about today and she said yes and she will be here at 11:45.

So I decided to take a long shower and wash my hair. When I came out I threw on my grey sweater , leggings and grey vans. For my hair I blow dried it and straightened it . Then I just added some liquid eyeliner on the top of my eye lid and some mascara , then brushed my teeth. Before I knew it , it was 11:40! So I just scrolled through Instagram and vine! On vine I saw a vine from shawn. It was a vine of him singing strings! Wow he has an amazing voice.....the voice of a angel.
I snapped out of my thoughts when I heard the door bell ring and found Danielle standing in the doorway with a huge smile on her face.

"Someone's happy" I said giggling.

"Well duh I get to see cam today" she blushed giggling alittle as well.

"Aww" I smirked at her giving the oh-my-gosh-someone-has-a-crush look.
She blushed and we went into the living room where my sister was on her phone.

"Where are you guys going" she questioned looking up and down at our outfits.

"We are hanging out with shawn and his friend Cameron." I exclaimed. I looked at her out fit she was wearing. She was wearing a black crop top with high waisted jean shorts and black vans.

"Where are u going " I asked

"Matts taking me to the carnival." She smirked.

"Aww how cute" I said in a baby voice and Danielle giggled lightly. Melissa's checks turned red. All of a sudden I heard a horn honk and checked the time. It was 12:03. That must be shawn. I said goodbye to my sister and me and Danielle walked out the door. As we walked out side we saw a grey car outside waiting for us with shawn and Cameron leaning against it talking to try to make them seem cool! Me and Danielle walked down the driveway to Shawn's car.

"Hey!!" I said with a smile.
"hi. you look nice today." he said staring me down. I blushed and said

"I'm just wearing a sweater and leggings"

"I know but you make everything beautiful, no matter what you wear." He blushed harder then I was right now.

We decided to get going so I walked to the passengers seat and was reaching for the handle when shawn pushed my hand away and opened the door for me.

"Why thank you." I giggled
"Anything for you princess"he smiled putting his arm out gesturing for me to make my way in so I did.
He shut the door and ran to the drivers seat. Cameron did the same thing. Once they were both in the radio started to play. Then the song song shake it off by Taylor swift played and we sang and goofed off. We finally calmed down and shawn said we were close to the restaurant. He wouldn't tell us where we were going so I sat there curious until I felt something touch my hand. It was a warm hand sliding into mine. That hand... was Shawn's. I wanted to scream and jump of happiness but I would obviously just embarrass my self so I just say there holding Shawn's hand while smiling the whole rest of the ride. Wow. today is going to be a good day!
