It's been a year since "the speech," happened at Angelina's wedding. Since then all of the girls made up like usual except for Snooki and Angelina. Snooki didn't want anything to do with Angelina, she couldn't take the constant drama Angelina caused anymore. No matter what the situation was there somehow was always room for Angelina drama. She didn't want to put up with it anymore. Especially since she was already having problems at home. Her marriage has been falling apart for years. Even before Jersey Shore Family Vacation began filming. But her marriage with Jionni was worse than ever now. She just didn't love him anymore. Somehow he just always seemed to bring her down.
While in deep thought about her life and how unhappy she was with Jionni, Snooki became startled when her phone suddenly buzzed in her lap. A text from Mike that read:
"Hey Snooks, I'm having a gender reveal at my house with the roomies and I would love if you stopped by🙂"
Snooki smiled to herself, ever since she left the show she has missed spending so much time with the roomies especially Mike and Laurens. She was so happy for them and their bundle of joy. No one deserved to be happy more than them. She really wanted to go but she couldn't be around Angelina. So, Snooki texted back:
"I would love to Mike! But you know I can't be there if Angelina is going to be there☹️"
Mike texted back quickly: "She won't be invited then."
Snooki was beyond excited. She would finally be able to hang out with her old friends all together again without Angelina there. She smiled to herself and texted Mike back:
"Then I will be there! Yay! Can't wait!"
