Behind the scars | A Doyoung fanfic

Treasure were at a music show, waiting to perform. They walked down the hallway backstage to get their in-ears.

Jihoon suddenly ran up ahead and jumped on the back of another male idol, who he seemed to be close with.

Jihoon: hyunwoo-hyung!

Hyunwoo: jihoon-ah!

Hyunwoo seemed surprised at first but then softened up when he realized it was jihoon. He turned around and gave him a friendly hug.

Hyunwoo: it's been a while! You seem to be doing well as a treasure member!

Jihoon laughed.

Jihoon: yeah I am!

Treasure and hyunwoo's group watched them talk, confused, as they felt left out.

Jihoon: oh my bad! This is Hyunwoo. He trained with me for a while when I left YG and joined the other company.

Treasure members nodded in realization.

Doyoung smiled at all of them until his eyes fell upon one of the members in particular. His smile faded away, as a traumatized frown appeared instead. He stood, staring at that member for a while.

Doyoung: seokhoon...

Until he came back to his senses. He averted his eyes and reminded treasure that they would be late for their performance, using it as an excuse to take an early leave so he wouldn't have to interact with that member.

Hyunwoo: oh yeah! Be on your way! Us Pluto members will look forward to your performance.

Seokhoon spared a glance at doyoung and smiled sweetly, as treasure passed by. Doyoung glared at him and ignored it. Hyunsuk and junkyu, however, noticed the interaction. They shared a confused look and shrugged, letting it go.

Doyoung calmed down as he tried regaining his composure.

Junghwan: something wrong, hyung?

Doyoung: huh? Haha no don't worry! Just a little...um...nervous I guess.

Junghwan: we have done this several times before though?

Doyoung: I know but it's our first stage for this comeback.

Junghwan tilted his head, still unconvinced, but he ignored it.
