New years

Jordin

Brett told me that we are going to a beach house for New Years! Nikki and I spent the whole day talking and getting ready. We left at around 6:30 and got there at 7:45. We walked into the back and looked at the house it was huge! We meet the owner, Mrs.Daniel's, she has a son named Cody. We followed her into the house and she introduced us to Cody. "Hey." "Hi." I said casually. Nikki pulled me a side "I think Cody likes you!" "Really? We're just talking." "I know but I can see the way he looks at you, he thinks your cute!" I think she thinks it's good that he likes me, but the one I really want to get to know is Jesse. I didn't tell Nikki yet I don't really want to tell her yet. We talked to him for a bit and then went to get the boys. We couldn't found them, so Nikki and I went and got glasses of iced tea. We grabbed two of those little umbrellas for our drinks and than went and danced around on the huge dance floor! I went to get another glass of iced tea when Cody came up to me. "Hey whatcha doing?" "Nothing much just getting another drink." "Oh cool. Umm... so do you want to maybe go for a walk on the beach or something? I kind of blushed, I don't really like Cody anymore than a friend, but I starting to like him more and more, in a different way, I guess. "Sure." We started walking towards the sandy part of the beach and started walking along the beach. He started asking me about about what it's like going from Texas to Connecticut. He seemed pretty interested in me, witch is a good sign! Cody and I walked back to the house at around 11:55 we talked intill the count down. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! I yelled to Cody, I could see The boys and Nikki walking back to me, so I looked at Cody. He was looking at me then he kept on moving closer to me, all of a sudden His lips crashed into mine and I found myself kind of kissing back. I was shocked. After, I looked where Nikki, Brett, and Jesse came in. I could see Jesse just leaving. Brett went after Jesse and Nikki stayed where she was. I looked back at Cody and he was smiling I tried to show a smile but I couldn't so I just fake smiled. I talked to Cody for a few more minutes and than said " I think Nikki needs me I should probably go and talk to her." "Umm....ok then I left." I left Cody and went to Nikki. I was a little nervous of what she was going to say but to my surprise she seemed happy. "Oh my gosh!!!! Cody is totally into you!!!! Do you like him?" "Yeah." "Are you just saying that or do you really like him?" "I like him." "Really?" "YES!!!" I started to get ticked of. I started walking away when I ran into Jesse. "Jesse!" "Jordin?" "Yeah it's me." "Oh ok so how are you and Cody doing?" He asked coldly. I ignored that comment and went straight to "will you be my boyfriend?" He looked taken back a bit. "I'll think about." "So I take that as a no?" I wanted to curl up in a ball and cry. "Pretty much, right now."

Jesse

I was really mad. I thought Jordin liked me but I guess not if she just goes off and kisses someone she barely even knows. She was trying to talk to me but I didn't want to hear it so I just said " it's fine." And walked away. I know she asked me out but I don't care, I can tell she just wants to be with Cody. I tried to find Brett but once I did he was with Nikki. I wanted to just talk to Brett so I dicided I would just wait. I had no one to talk to so I went down to the beach and tried to clear my mind.

Jordin

I was shocked. Jesse was really mad at me. I was headed for the bathroom when Cody came up to me. "Hey I have some exciting news!" "What!" Well I talked to my parents and they said it would be ok, I'm moving out to Connecticut to finish my schooling!!" "What! Why?" "Well that's what I wanted to ask you..... Jordin, I know we just met but will you be my girlfriend?" I was shocked. I was more than shocked, no words to discribe how I felt. If Jesse didn't want to be with me then that was that. "Yeah I would love to!!" "Great!" Nikki came after that and said "look Jordin I'm sorry for everything." "It's ok I forgive you." "Great! Oh.. And I think we should go now, Jesse and Brett are talking and than we're going to go." "Ok, sounds good." Nikki left and I said goodbye to Cody. He said we won't be able to talk or get together before we leave but he's coming out 2 days after we leave so we will see each other than. He kissed me goodbye on the cheek and than I left.

The car ride home was silent, when I got home I went to my room, I heard the door open after me it was Jesse. I knew he wasn't expecting me in the room after what happened so I broke the silence and said "look I know your mad at me and all so if you want I can just take my old room back. "No! That's not what I want." "Really? Ok, thanks." Hope went through my body. Maybe Jesse will forgive me, than I remembered, I have a boyfriend! I crawled into bed, all I said was "Jesse, look just to tell you I have a boyfriend now." He didn't say anything. I know he knows who it is so I just left it at that. "Goodnight I said quietly." I knew he heard me because he whispered "goodnight."

The next day I woke up at 12:00. Jesse was still sleeping so I got up and went down stairs. Nikki was out on the deck sun tanning, so I dicided I would go and tell her about Cody. "Hey!" I said as I was walking outside. "Hi." Im guessing she could tell I was excited so she pulled her sunglasses off. "What's up?" "Well.... Last night Cody asked me out!!" "Oh my gosh!!! Jordin!!!! That's awesome!!! I knew he liked you."Wait is that why Jesse seemed mad?" "Yeah." I said. He knows about Cody. I started telling her what happened she sounded pretty interested in it. This was the perfect way to end off the trip! I know I would probably rather be with Jesse, But I still really like Cody, I mean he's cute and sweet! I wish I could have stayed longer but I'm glad I got to come in the first place! The next couple of hours I just packed because we're leaving tomorrow.
