Today's the day.

The day where you'll finally meet your soon to be husband.

You were nervous to the core.

All of these thoughts of things not going well had you thinking twice of whether agreeing to this marriage was a good idea or not.

"Are you feeling okay (y/n)?" Your mom and Jade come behind you as you sat in front of your vanity, putting on the last touch of (favorite color lipstick).

"Yes, I'm okay mom" You smiled at her.

"Unnie!" She ran up to you and hug your waist tight. "You look so pretty!"

"Aw, thank you Jade, the dress that you pick for me is perfect! I really love it!" You complemented her choice of picking out the dress for you.

"Let's go mom, I'm ready" You said after looking at yourself in the mirror once more.

You were about to get inside your car and drive to the restaurant yourself but Mrs. Sorn and Mrs. Jung had already came by to pick you all up. You wanted to refuse their offer at first but since they're already here, it would be really disrespectful to deny them. So you, Jade and your mom got in the car with them and finally, you all set out on the road to the restaurant.

When you all got to the restaurant, which you weren't sure if it's a restaurant or a palace, you all were immediately taken to the private guest room that says VIP.

As you stood by the door, you felt yourself piling up with butterflies in your stomach and your anxiousness grew.

Is this going to turn out like most of the cliché drama scenes that you've watched? Will he turn out to be your childhood friend or something? But you've never heard of his name before nor did you remember having met anyone with this name in your life either.

The moment you walked inside, you saw nothing but many unoccupied chairs. You sighed a little to yourself, feeling quite relieved to know that he's not here yet.

"Oh he's not here yet. Let me call him real quick" Mrs. Sorn said.

"Please, sit down Mrs. Han, (y/n) and Jade" Mrs. Jung said with clearly, an exciting voice that can easily be taken notice of.

While you were waiting for him to arrive, you all had a small conversation and some snacks first. You kind of got lost in the chat with Mrs. Jung and Mrs. Sorn that you forgot he's already arriving at the restaurant. Mrs. Sorn quickly informed everyone and suddenly, you felt all of your anxiousness coming back again. You fidget with your fingers and your heart raced faster and faster each minute.

"Mrs. Jung, Mrs. Sorn, he's here now" One of their bodyguard told them.

Mrs. Sorn quickly put down her drink and got up from her seat.

"Mom, grandma, I'm sorry for coming so late, there was traffic and-" he stopped on his track when he saw you and he stared at you as if he had known you before.

You stared right back at him, wondering why he stopped midway in his walk and sentences.

Mrs. Sorn notice this and went to him right away. She was whispering something to him and he came back to his senses.

"Grandma, I'm sorry-" He was cut off by Mrs. Jung.

"It's alright, it's alright, I know there must be a bad traffic so you came in late but here you are! Now let me introduce you to your mother in law and your future wife" Mrs. Jung smiled widely, feeling so happy than she ever was.

He bowed to you and your mom immediately and you both did the same.

"It's a pleasure to finally meet you Mrs. Han, my name is Jung Hoseok and please forgive me for arriving late on our first meet"
