Aizawa knew that something was wrong the moment that Midoriya didn't enter the classroom after lunch. The other students also didn't seem to know where he had gone, stating that the boy had just wandered out of the cafeteria after he was done with Gatorade, but they were fairly sure that the boy hadn't left the school building.
Sure, Shinsou was worried about where the small Omega had gone off to, but he knew that Midoriya was more than capable of taking care of himself, and as long as he stayed within the school grounds, he would be fairly safe, but Aizawa nearly had to restrain the boy from running out of the classroom and looking for the small green fluff when he brought it up.
The second Aizawa was done with his lesson, he set off for the Teacher's Lounge so that he could deposit his things, before starting his search for the green haired Omega, until a third-year teacher who was a Beta stopped him, "Uh... Aizawa-san... you're an Omega, aren't you?"
Aizawa's eyebrows shot up slightly at the odd question. He did get that question every now and then, but he thought it was already pretty well established among the teachers.
"Yes, I am. Why?"
"I understand that... uh... Omegas nest sometimes? But... uh... are you supposed to nest in cardboard boxes?"
The Beta looked insanely embarrassed by his question, before the Erasure Hero asked, "... why are you even asking that?"
"Uh... because one of my students spilled something and I was looking for a mop in the storage room... and found Midoriya... sleeping in one of the cardboard boxes left there?" The Beta replied, rubbing his hands together awkwardly.
Aizawa just stared at the other teacher, completely dumbfounded, "What?"
"Yeah..." The other teacher sheepishly laughed, "I... uh... I wanted to wake him up and get him to class... but he... nearly bit my hand off... so... uh..."
Aizawa shook his head, "I'll go deal with it... sorry about that."
"No worries... it's the storage room that's upstairs, a bit out of the way. I'll just... uh... get back to doing my work." The Beta teacher scooted past Aizawa, and entered the Teacher's Lounge.
Aizawa just sighed, and took off towards the storage room. Upon reaching the location that the other teacher mentioned, the Erasure Hero opened the door as quietly as possible, and he saw a familiar mop of green hair peeking out of a cardboard box.
The black haired man just walked towards the box, and squatted down, "Hey."
There was a faint rustle as Midoriya shifted around slightly in the box, before he raised his head, glaring at Aizawa over the cardboard walls of the box.
"What are you doing in here?" Aizawa softly asked, barely disturbed by the glare, only getting a grunt in return from the greenette.
He knew for a fact that Midoriya wasn't going to listen to him and find another place to nest, and it wasn't like he could grab Yamada or Kayama or some other Alpha to come and order Midoriya around; the greenette would be way more aggressive towards them than he had been to the Beta teacher, and would be even more stubborn and refuse to move.
The only logical thing would be to wait for lessons to end so that he could drag Shinsou here and hopefully he could convince Midoriya to get out of the box. Luckily, classes let out in less than an hour, so Aizawa wouldn't have to wait too long until he could get Midoriya out of that box.
The second that classes ended, Aizawa texted Shinsou to come up to the storage room, and it wasn't long before he could see Shinsou running towards him.
