there's a room in a hotel in new york city

that shares our fate

and deserves

our pity.

"Michael!" Luke screams, grabbing his ears as the coo coo clock strikes twelve, screeching furiously.

Michael's heart drops into his stomach as he sees his lover curled up into a ball on the floor, shaking in not only pain, but fear. It was the end, it was inevitable. They were out of time. His eyes flicker to the closet door, cracked open from the time Luke discovered it, only a few short hours ago. His concious is screaming at him to turn around as his feet lead him towards the small room, but he knows he has no other choice.

I'm doing this for Luke, he tells himself as he pulls open the door.

I'm doing this for Luke, he tells himself as he retrieves the two guns off the floor.

I'm doing this for Luke, he tells himself as his finger finds the trigger.

Luke.
