Fighting Myself

The "Accident"

A/N: This takes place in Narrator view, I'll let you know when it changes!

It was a nice warm day in the spring, everyone just started going back to UA. It was Class 1-A's 1st year in the hero course. Like usual they were being loud in Mr. Aizawa's class.

Izuku's POV

"Alright everyone, in your seats". Aizawa said hoping in his sleeping bag, "Go put on your suits and go meet in the "arena" (sorry don't know what the room is called). I was so excited, I finally got to show off my new fighting style! I was thinking about what All Might had said about not being like him, I came up with the idea of using my legs instead. So everyone leaves class, me and Todoroki being the last ones in class. "Hey Midoriya, how's your practice coming along with your quirk?" Todoroki said. It caught me off guard and I jumped a little, I guess he saw as he whispered sorry. I said it was ok and that it was going good. I wasn't lying but my gut made me feel like I was. I gave him a smile as we walked to the arena together. We talked about our quirks but mostly what he was trying to practice. I didn't really feel like giving away my new technique I wanted it to be a surprise. We finally got into the arena and saw everyone lining up, "Hey Midoriya!" A excited Uraraka said. "Hey", I said feeling my face go red as she was really close, she must have noticed as she started floating and covering her face. "Alright everyone line up, we're doing our normal training to get better at using our quirks!" Mr. Aizawa said as some groans were heard among the class. There were massive rocks in the arena that were used for targets to help us, I saw Todoroki practicing using both of his quirks at the same time, and Bakugo pin pointing his explosions to get a single shot called the AP shot or whatever. Sooner or later All Might walked in, I was super excited and ready to show off my new technique! I started warming up and getting ready to practice, I had this new gear that would help cushion some of the damage to my legs that way it didn't cause any major injury's. I started to kick the rock when all the sudden a rock came falling from the top! "ALL MIGHT!" I screamed realizing he wouldn't react in time I jumped up and kicked the rock! Just then I felt something hit the side of my face, I hit the ground hard and right before I blacked out I saw All Might then the darkness enveloped me.

All Mights POV

"ALL MIGHT!" I heard Midoriya scream, just as I looked up I saw him kick a massive rock coming for me. I felt so proud of him for changing his style to fit him. Right after we see Bakugo hit Midoriya really hard across the face! "YOUNG MIDORIYA!" He hit the ground really hard and me and the students ran up to him! "Young Midoriya are you ok!" Just as I saw him he slowly closed his eyes. "Someone go get Recovery Girl!" I yelled at the students. Uraraka and Mina start running towards the door as the others all look at Bakugo, there was a horrible silence for a minute before Recovery Girl and the 2 others came in. Recovery Girl looked at Midoriya then simply said, "He just blacked out he should be fine, I'll take him to the nurses office to rest".
