Dreaming:

I look around and see I'm in a house. It's quaint and not too small.

"Babygirl."

I turn at the sound of the voice and see Dick there.

I say,"Baby."

He smiles and comes to me. His hands go to my waist and he pulls me close.

I ask,"How was work?"

He replies,"Eh it was work. I wanted to get home to you so badly."

I smile and he leans down. Our lips meet and I have one hand on his chest. I smile and pull away.

He says,"I am so glad we got married after high school. The years we have been together are my happiest years and I am so glad there are more to come."

I smile and something catches my eye. I look in the glass mirror behind Dick and see my eyes have changed. They're a weird green color and suddenly there's a Wolf where I'm at and it launches at Dick. I scream in terror.

I sit up gasping and scream Dick's name. He sits up next to me and looks around. I quickly straddle him and shove him down pull in the covers down to look at him. There's no claw marks or blood. I scoot back a bit and sit panting trying to calm my heart. I run my fingers through my hair and Dick is looking at me confused and concerned.

He reaches towards me and ask,"Divinity, are you ok?"

I shake my head and he asks,"What's wrong?"

I reply,"Nightmare. Panic. Attack."

Dick looks at me and asks,"What can I do?"

I reply,"I-I don't know."

He comes to me and frames my face.

He looks in my eyes and says,"Breathe. Divinity. Breathe. You're fine. You're safe. I'm safe."

I look at him and see my eyes have shifted. I take his hands and pull them away from my face.

I say," No. You're not. Not with me. I could hurt you."

He says,"Divinity, you will not leave me. I'm not leaving you. We will figure your powers out. You will get them under control."

I reply," Dick, I can hurt you. I could possibly kill you."

Dick replies,"I can handle myself. I will be fine."

I get up and head into the bathroom. I quickly wet my face and the back of my neck. It doesn't work and I turn the shower on. I hear Dick coming towards the bathroom and get out of my clothes. I get in and feel my hands shift into claws. A growl resonates from me as I try to stop the shift.

Dick asks,"Divinity, are you ok?"

I say,"Don't come in here. I'm shifting."

I feel my hands break and start to lengthen further so I don't hear Dick open the door to the shower. His hands on my waist turn me around to face him. I quickly have him by his throat with my right hand and pin him against the wall. He looks at me and holds his hands up. But he doesn't move to try to get free. Why?

I say,"I could easily kill you right now."

He replies,"But you won't."

A growl sounds as I pull him down to my level.

I ask,"Why don't you fear me?"

He looks in my eyes and says,"Because I know you. I've known you for years."
