Hye guys! So for this week 7 what I've learned is from the class lesson is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY & PERFORMANCE. First of all I'm very sorry for you guys beacause this chapter might be the last chapter for the class of study skills (UED 102) I really enjoy for sharing to guys what I've learned from week by week. So I hope you guys like and get something from what I've been sharing.
Alright! back to what I learned from this week which is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY & PERFORMANCE. This topic teach me how to not become a plagiarism and also how to calculating grade point average
WHAT IS PLAGIARISM?
Plagiarism is presenting someone else's work or ideas as your own, with or without their consent, by incorporating it into your work without full acknowledgement. All published and unpublished material, whether in manuscript, printed or electronic form, is covered under this definition.
THE EXAMPLE OF PLAGIARISM
1)Copying word or ideas without giving the credit
2)Turning in someone else's work
3)Giving the incorrect information about the source of quotation
But you don't have to be worry! Because I have the ways to avoid plagiarism
CALCULATING GRADE POINTS AVEREGE
Every student at the end of semester, they will get their grade pont averege. It is base on their academic performance through their semester. GRADE POINT AVEREGE (GPA) is refer to the calculated average grade student earned by each semester with the following point 0.0 to 4.0. There are also CUMULATIVE GRADE POINTS AVERAGE (CGPA) which is represent the student academic's achievement.
