Peneva is walking around the forest, once again... naked.

*Rolls eyes*

She's letting the sunset soak into her skin, her tattoos glowing.

Hunters begin to descend from the village. The chief always leads it with about several men. Today his son is joining them.

Galend is his name, he was left at the gates of the village when he was just a baby. The chief's wife had just died from childbirth and so had the baby. He took this as a sign, that he must raise this abandoned child on his own.

Strangely as he began growing, he grew much faster than the other boys and he shot up to be quite tall.

His shoulders are very wide and he gains muscle quite easily.

He is easily the tallest man in the village, towering at 7ft/213cm.

Damn that's tall.

But people decided he'd be a great hunter one day, he would be the greatest monster hunter in the century.

The thing is... Galend hates death. He has never killed a thing in his life, he hates the thought of taking life.

The chief has tried to get this notion out of Galend, but nothing has happened.

So he thought taking him out on the hunt today just might do him some good.

"Father. Must I truly come with today?"

His deep voice echoes in the chieftains household.

The chief laughs and shakes his head at his son.

"Yes Galend. Today is the day. You need to man up! You'll be the new chief of this village soon."

Galend sighs and pinches the bridge of his nose.

"Alright Father. I'll come with."

"That's my boy!"

The chief hands Galend a crafted thin metal chest plate.

"We made this just for you son. Since you're so damn big."

The chief laughs as he hands it to Galend who smiles.

"Let's go my boy. Your first hunt!"

The chief walks out his home, leaving Galend to frown and sigh at the chest plate.

He stands up, his head nearly touching the ceiling and places it over his cloth and then his leather shirt over.

He grabs the large battle ax from the wall, glaring at it.

He walks out to the gate where the others are waiting.

"Men! Today we will slay the enemy! The ones who feast on our flesh! Those evil creatures who use magic against us! Let's go kill some monsters!"

The whole crowd cheers and Galend shakes his head in disappointment.

The large gates open and off they go into the forest.

Galend smiles a small smile as they walk through the tall trees. He's always loved the forest. He found peace whenever he went into it.

He loved smelling the freshness after its rained or when the birds sang, he could listen to them for hours.

As they walk through the forest they come across some dark hares which they kill.

Galend frowns as he sees the poor creatures slaughtered on the ground.
