Chapter two:
Oh crap, was I in a good one…
"Caroline! Umm... I can explain why im, like like this..." I said with such discommoding voice
"He-He, don’t worry, i see you on the ring with your shirt off all the time"
"Oh Yeah i forgot i boxed" I said with such a smile that would’ve scared a ghost off.
"Nice fight you had out there, you were practically murdering him out there! And i just wanted to come and congratulate you in person" Blushing as she finished her sentence.
"Thanks Caroline, but i hope it doesn't happen next time, coach got pissed at me"
"Don't worry, he'll find out sooner or later that he has the best boxer in the world " said chuckling.
"Ha ha yeah... Hey im pretty done for tonight, you wanna maybe um go eat a you know a..." I couldn't believe i froze right in front of her! Ugh... I couldn't have picked a worse time.
"(Smiling) if you're asking me to go catch some pizza let say at Flunky’s than yes"
"Really... i mean give me a sec to find my keys"
Where could i have left those keys?! I need a bell on them. After searching through about twelve piles of books, I finally found them. I quickly put on a shirt and turned the lights off and pulled out my shoulder at her, she quickly understood and tied her right shoulder on mines. I walked out through the back exit, but of course to get there you have to go pass the ring and that was something i just didn't want to encounter right now, but suck it in Chris, just suck it in. I walked hoping that everybody left.... To my consent everyone was still in their seats.
They were going to ruin my night! But lucky for me, my brains came into act. I looked around and saw that the right corner of the ring had the nearest exit and was the closest to me. I took a glance and looked at Caroline, and i have no clue how, but she seemed to know my plan. So I pointed at one of the securities and whispered in his ear
"Hide me to till we get to the right aisle".
He sprang into action; he got in front of us, and put his sweater over my head. He popped opened the door and guided me towards the back, since i couldn't see anything. But this crowd was too smart, they cheered and chanted my name and some even patted me on the back, of course the one's sitting in front row seats. After about 2 minutes of looking at my black Vans, I and Caroline made it outside; I told the kind man thanks.
We looked all around, but it was like hopeless…
“Aren’t you sure that you left it with valet before the fight?”
“That’s right! No wonder” I dug through my pocket and found the blue colored ticket that said Valet. We walked all the way to the front of the Arena and found the valet man. I handed him my ticket and he brought the car in about 5 minutes. Apparently Caroline had never been inside a **Reventón, because she had the WOW expression in her beautiful light brown eyes. I walked in front of her and opened, or better said lifted, the door. She stepped in and I shut it tight, just to make sure she doesn’t fall, because god knows I don’t want that. I looked at the young tan brown man and handed him a $50 dollar bill, and patted him on the shoulder. With that I walked away and stepped inside the car.
*Engine roaring*
“Wow, I love your car!”
“(Smiling) Yeah, I bought it just a few weeks ago”
“Oh”
“So you wanna head off to Flunky’s? Or the usual?”
“Depends…. What’s the usual?” she said staring at me with a curious face.
