It normally takes awhile for a man to realize he's in love with someone, but I realized it the first time I saw her.

Watching the night life of a cold winter night in London, as I look off to the city from Big Ben. I hang out here to relax and get away from the lost boys. They are basically my family which means they are the biggest pain in my ass. No matter how cold it is out here, Its still so peaceful up here. It gives me a chance to actually think away from home.

I look around at the neighboring houses nearby. Everyone seems to have shut their lights off and gone to sleep. It is pretty late out and unlike me, they either have work or school in the morning. As I scan the houses, I see a light on. "Hmm, probably can't sleep." I say to myself. I continue to watch like a fucking weirdo just to end up seeing this gorgeous woman enter the room, brushing her long (Y/H/C) hair. "Wow." I watch her. entranced by her and instantly feel a thump in my chest.

"I need to get a closer look."

Before I got up I realized that she closed the drapes and shut her lights off. "Fuck." feeling a bit unlucky I decided to sit back down and lean up against the clock tower.

"Maybe she will come out for some fresh air or something." I say to myself a bit unhopeful. Damn now I really sound like a stalker.

But for some reason there's something keeping me from leaving and going back to Neverland. My eyes started to ache so I closed them for a second...

2 hours later I wake up realizing the time, 3:45am."Oh shit, I slept way longer than I thought I would. I smack my face a bit just to get me going again. I should get back, the lost boys are probably wondering where I am." I look around the neighborhood once more and see the same girl standing at her window with her eyes closed. "What the hell?" I say to myself.

I jump off the tower to the house across the street from hers. It seems she's trying to open up the window? Should I try and wake her up? Nah, she will probably go back to bed any second now. I then hear a click.

Fuck she got the latch open. Up goes the window as I watch her start to lean forward.

No no no NO. I see her start to fall. FUCK. I jumped into action and pushed her back into her room with a lot of force. I probably shouldn't have pushed so hard.

She wakes up with a scream as she hits the floor. She looks at me terrified as I go to sit on her windowsill.

"Who the fuck are you and what are you doing in my house!?" She screams at me.

That's quite the introduction. "You know when someone save your life most of the time people say thank you." I say cockily.

I rest my elbows on my knees and my hands on my chin. Just looking at her. I don't mean to scare her really.

She's speechless for a moment. She's scrabbling to find the words.

"S-save my life? what do you mean? She sputters.

She begins to sit up against her dresser to get a better look at me in the dark. She reaches over and turns on a lamp on her night stand.

"You don't recall just seconds ago where you basically tried to kill yourself? I know you're pretty but jeez." I laugh in disbelief.

"Kill myself? Oh my God. I was sleep walking again wasn't I?" She put puts her palm to her forehead.

Now she's fine with me being in here. She was just yelling at me to get out of her house a second ago. This ones a mystery.

"This makes no sense if I was falling out of my window how did you push me back in? Is there a ladder or something. Were you spying on me? She questions.

She runs over to the other side of me and peers out of the window to she if there was a ladder and obviously there wasn't. Now she really looks confused. I really don't have the energy to explain to her that I'm Peter Pan and I can fly and stuff like that.

"You must've broke in then, but why did you stop me from falling out of the window? You don't know me." she stated.

"First of all I didn't break in and second of all I can't answer that question honestly." I say

What? You expect me to say that I saved her life just because I thought she was pretty? Yeah let's see how well that goes over. I mean its not a lie but there's also more to it as well. its not like I wanted to be heroic either. I'm not a hero. I just really can't say what it is.

"Why can't you answer? It's not that hard of a question."

I glare at her for a second which made her a bit uneasy. Shit. Thats right I'm still a stranger to her and she doesn't know that I'm not here to hurt her. If any of the people I know saw me here they would probably think that I was going to hurt her. Thats not my intention at all. Not in the slightest.

"I have to go." I say as I turn my back to her.

"Wait! You never answered my questions! You are just gonna leave me like this?" She yells at me.

I turn and look at her. I realized that she has grabbed onto the back of my shirt. I'll come back late tomorrow night. You will get your answers then. I say as I go to leave.

"One more thing. I never caught your name." she asks curiously.

With one last look, "Peter." I say and I jump off her windowsill and soar into the sky. I didn't bother to look back. I will see her tomorrow. The sun started rising as I made my way back home. I can't help but notice that there is a small smile on my face.
