You quickly open your laptop and see a notification from David Rossi, 'Thank you Y/N for emailing us! You fit the open job space and we will happily take you into our team. You can start as soon as you would like...' OMG OMG OMG you stand up happily jumping up and down. You reply 'Thank you so much! I'm very excited to join your team.' You open up your other saved tab of the apartment and called the owner and asked if you could buy it. They immediately said yes and said to give a check to the bank every month starting when you first move in. You call a moving company and they said they will be here in 4 hours.
~4 hours later~
Everything is down the stairs and you take one last look at your old empty apartment, 'finally' you think to yourself. You leave the keys at the doorstep with a goodbye note to the super of the building, you quickly run down the stairs happy to leave this place. You help put some stuff into the moving truck and they give you a ride to the airport.
once you arrive at the airport you grab a couple of important things you always need and the moving truck slowly drives away. You check if you have your ticket and you do, you go through security and get to your gate, you wait about 30 minutes until they call you to board the plane. You get onto the plane and they told you the flight is about 2 hours, you decide to take a nap.
~1 hour later~
"sorry about the turbulence were going to have a 1-hour delay"
you woke up to turbulence and hearing the pilot and people around you, it honestly didn't matter what time you got there because it is going to take 5 hours for the furniture to get there. Someone taps on your shoulder as soon as your going to fall back asleep, "Y/N?" a man behind you said, "hello?" "Oh I'm sorry, do I know you?" you asked. "I'm David Rossi, from the bau." "Oh, I'm so sorry! It's nice to meet you!" 'wow, what a great way to meet your boss y/n' you think to yourself. "It's nice to meet you too Y/N, I hope you get settled in before you come to work." "Oh yeah, I will I'm planning on getting everything done today and start tomorrow." "Okay good to know, ill have a desk ready for you, see you tomorrow at 8:30 am."
