Chapter 1

Pisces p.o.v

"Ow!" I exclaimed as the corset constricted tightly around me. 

"Sorry." Cancer winced. 

"What do I have to do today?" I asked her.

"You have a meeting with the royal family of Earth at 2 plus all your lessons." She replied.

She went into my closet and took out 2 tops and 2 skirts. One top was purple the other was teal. One skirt was purple and the other was teal and black. 

"Which one do you want madam?" She asked.

I sighed.

"I told you to call me Pi when we are by ourselves." 

"Yes. Of course." 

I picked the teal options of course. She helped me put them on. She got my shoes and tried to help me put them on.

"I got it." I said. 

She backed away. We swam down the hall to the entrance of the Great Hall or Dining Room. 

"I'll leave you now." She said and swam to her chambers. 

I really wish she hadn't gone because she was my only friend who really would listen to my ideas. She was also great support. I swam into the room where my parents King Poseidon and Queen Amphitrite." 

"We have lots of news for you." Dad said.

I nodded.

"First. This will be hard to explain. Ariel can you try." 

"Yes. Let me say this as simple as possible. Pisces you are having an arranged marriage with the son of Duke Lagoon."

"What!" I exclaimed.

I don't even know the guy and I have to marry him.

"May I call my support in for help and support please." I asked weakly.

Dad called for Cancer and she swam in bowed quickly to Mom and Dad then turned to me.

"What's wrong are you hurt princess?" She asked.

"No. I have to get an arranged marriage to some guy I don't even know." I told her.

She looked shocked. 

"Who is he?" She asked me.

"Some son of Duke Lagoon."

She gasped. 

"Scorpio!" She exclaimed.

"You know him?" I was confused.

 "No but I know him by reputation." 

"What's he like?" I asked.

"Different then you." She replied carefully.

"I'd hate to interrupt but he is here if you'd like to meet him." Mom said.

She called him and a boy with dark brown hair with jet black streaks walked in. His tail was dark dark dark blue. Overall he was pretty cute but he looked angry. Cancer on the other hand looked like she was going to faint.

"Is he that cute?" I whispered to her.

She shot me a dirty look. Scorpio walked over.

"Your the girl I'm supposed to marry." He said looking her up and down.

I nodded.

He glanced over at Cancer. Her expression quickly changed from OMG this boy is so cute I want to marry him to I'm trying to look cool and it's working.

"Who is she?" He asked.

"My name is Cancer. I'm her support girl." 

"Interesting." 

He then looked away. 

Dad cleared his throat to say something and to clear the obvious tension between the three of us. 

"Anyways I have some more news for you. There is a big gathering for all royal people of all elements at the earth sign palace next week and you will be attending. Before you ask the maid is allowed to come." 

I squealed. I've always wanted to go to a ball and it will be so much better with Cancer there.

"You will be attending with Cancer and Scorpio. There are some other people I'd like you to meet as well there." Mom said. 

I nodded and me and Cance swam back to my room. Scorpio just sort of stood there. I could tell he didn't know what to do. I almost felt bad note the almost.
