A NIGHTMARE TURNED INTO A DREAM

Chapter 1 {Normal School Day}

*beep, beep, beep, beep* is all I could hear until I throw my alarm clock on the floor with anger. As I attempt to back to sleep, I suddenly heard my mum yell "Lydz" and me being the person I am, I jump out of bed and fall to the ground landing on my face. "Ouch" is all I could say. "Breakfast is ready" my mum yells, but instead of falling on my face, I head to the bathroom while yelling "okay" to my mum.

I look in the mirror and start to brush my hair so all my nots get out but it can be a struggle with my natural curly hair.

After I have successfully brushed my hair, I head to my closet which is tiny may I add, and pick out my clothes that I will wear to school. After scanning through my clothes, I finally decided to wear black leggings with a tank top that has flowers all over it and I pair my outfit with a pair of combat boots.

I ran downstairs to see a plate filled with 2 strips of bacon and scrambled eggs on two pieces of toast. After I finished eating, I rinsed my plate out, dried my dishes and quickly put them away not knowing that I nearly broke the plate. I quickly ran upstairs to brush my teeth and grab my bag. I don't usually shower in the morning, I only shower at night unless I'm in a good mood in the morning. I ran downstairs and hugged my mum goodbye, not knowing that it would be my last hug with her for a while..

I ran to the bus station that was only 3 houses away from my house but I felt like running because I was in a hyper mood for no reason. I waited for the bus for about 2 minutes and as soon as it stopped infront of me, I hop onto the bus and greet the bus driver with a hello and he gives me a hello back but with a smile as well. I walk down the bus until I get to seat where no one is sitting and decided to sit down there. I take out my earphones and plug them into my phone, I turn on the song "wild ones" by flo rida.

I look out the window and started to day dream about my future and what I wanted to do with it. I wanted to get my own house with my one true love, I wanted two dogs and a cat, I wanted twins and overall, I just want a happy life. My day dreaming started to stop when a boy called Marc decided to sit next to me.

He stared at me and I stared at him in confusion on why he was staring at me. He didn't say a single word so I opened my mouth to question him on why he was staring at me. He replied to my question with a glare and said "because I can", and within a second he just walked away. I just ignored him and pretended like nothing happened. I sat in silence while listening to my tunes until we arrived at school.

I jump off the school bus and I see my best friend Caitlyn waiting for me. I walk towards her and we do a hip bump and we started laughing while people would stare at us, But I didn't care. The best thing about Caitlyn and I's friendship is that we can talk about anything and do anything and we wouldn't be embarrassed. Our friendship mostly consists of us laughing because that's what best friends are for, to make you laugh even through tough times.

School finished at the same time but to me, it felt like I was at school for only an hour. The school bus wasn't working today and my parents couldn't pick me up so I had no chance but to walk home. Caitlyn offered to take me home but I said it's okay because she was late for soccer practice and I didn't want to make her extremely late. School was only a 20 - 30 minute walk from school but I find it easier to take the bus because the bus is not packed and it'd quicker.

I'm about 10 minutes away from home and I'm still listening to my music. I start to get goosebumps and I didn't know why because there was no one around me.. At least I think there isn't. I'm getting closer and closer to home when all of a sudden I see a man with a hoodie following me and I start to get suspicious and slightly scared so I walked faster but as I walked faster, he would walk faster. I started to now run but then all of a sudden he ran up to me and picked me up. "Let me go! Helppppp! Someo-" I was cut off when he suddenly put his hand on my mouth. I started to think "why me? Out of everyone?"

I really hope chapter 2 is published because it's longer than this chapter and it's more detailed and it's in depth. (If that makes sense) //
