A Christmas Miracle

Chapter 8

Niall landed his hand on mine by accident. We looked at each other for a few seconds, like in those romantic movies. It felt like time froze for us. His eyes. They were glowing, even though I could barely see them in the dimmed light, but they seemed to stand out.

He smiled at me and said "Oh, I'm sorry.. I can move my hand if you'd like?"

"NO! I mean.. Uhm.. You can leave it or move it.. Up to you.." I winked at him.

He giggled. His laugh was the cutest. Gladly, he left his hand there. It was on mine. He gently wrapped his fingers with mine. And I let him, I didn't tell himtl to stop. I guess he figured that I was interested in him after all. Haha.

Karly was whipering and yelling my name. She was like "Pst! Pst! Kiley! Pst! *made weird hand pointing motions* Ooooo!!" Then she winked and made that 'Get Some' expression. Haha.

Then when I turned back to look at Niall, his arm went around me.

HE. PUT. HIS. ARM. AROUND. ME.

He pulled me closer to him. I looked at Karly and Harry. Harry makes his hip thrusting move telling me to as well, 'Get Some'. Oh how that couple seems to think alike.

I looked at Niall and he saw the whole thing that Harry did. He looked down at me and chuckled.

He whispered into my ear, "Some goofy friends, we have. Don't we, yeh?"

I immediately said, "YES."

We both laughed, but quietly. Niall pulled me closer into his arms. His body made me so much warmer. He held his arm that went over my chest.

HIS.

BICEPS.

LORD.

HELP.

ME.

The movie finally ended. Oh, but why? I enjoyed sitting there. With Niall. We walked outside. He called my name and made a wave motion for me to go to him.

"So Kiley, I hope I didn't make you feel uncomfortable when I put my arm over you?" he said.

"Oh, no. Don't worry. I really enjoyed it." I winked.

He did his cute giggle again. Awh.

"Haha, okay. So hmm.. Could I have... Your number? .... I mean if you want to give me it!"

"Of course, I do." I blushed.

The digits came running out of my mouth.

"808-422-2222."

He smiled and we said our goodbyes.

Oh, what a day.
