•Raven Lupin•

The glorious smell of damp dungeon air woke her. Another 'great' day at Hogwarts. She huffed silently to herself as she tore the covers off her legs. The sudden cold air shocked her as she ran out of her bed.

Only a strip of light shines through the curtains. It was early. She always gotten up early. She had been like that since her childhood. Her mood drops as she thinks of her days as a child. Awful. She remembers her brothers crys and begs. Her eyes narrow. She stares at the dresser for a moment then snapped out of it. It was her sixth year at Hogwarts. She was ready to be challenged.

She had always loved to be challenged. Most likely because she had grown up with only a brother- a highly competitive brother at that.
Her brother, Remus, was one year older than her. He had always been very protective of her. He wasn't the only one though. Being Remus's sister came with three other brothers as well.

James potter, the jokester and brainiac. Sirius Black, the flirt and the sarcastic. Last but not least Peter Pettigrew, the trustworthy sweetheart. You could tell him anything and he would just sit back and listen. They all made sure that no boy came anywhere near her.

She grew up with them. She blossomed while knowing them. Her adoration for them flew further than any rocket.

She pulls on a slytherin hoodie, and some spandex shorts just to go to the common room. As she reaches for the doorknob a light knock fell upon her door. Her eyebrows furrowed as she tried to figure out who it could be. "Come on Lupin, I know you are awake." a crisp deep morning voice came from the hall. Sirius.

She opens the door slowly for him to come in. He pushes past her aggressively and jumps to her bed, wrapping himself in the covers. He stays silent as if trying to sleep. "Black?" She says quietly. "Sir.." She starts but is interrupted by a pillow flying into her face. Her head flicks back as she gets smacked.

"James and Lily were shagging all night." He yells into her pillow. "And them trying to be 'quiet' is definitely not quiet." He air quotes quiet.

"I'm sorry Siree." She mutters softly, "Feel free to sleep here if you need."

"Come lay with me." He smirks at her amused. Her smile drops.

"Merlin Sirius..you're a perv." She giggles to herself as she walks out her dorm room.

"A PERV?" She hears yelling behind her. She looked at the floor giggling to herself. Suddenly she bumps into someone.

"My goodness I'm so sorry." She quickly starts picking up the books they dropped.

"I- no it's fi.." She looked up to be face to face with a boy. A boy with the most beautiful hazel eyes. As he backed up she realized who he was. Regulus. "D-Don't ever touch me again you halfblood lupin." His eyes looked sad.

"I didn.." She started but was swiftly interrupted.

"I don't care what you have to say. I never want your halfblood skin on mine again." He sneered, "Give me my bloody books Lupin." He reached out and snatched them from her hand.
She just stared at him as his sad eyes scanned the room. Her eyes softened.

"Reg..I'm sorry...you have to be the biggest git in the world." She pushed him on the chest. He winced loudly. She went from fuming to worried in a second. He wiped a budding tear from his eye. "I'm sorry...are you o-" She was interrupted again.

"Never bloody touch me again. You filthy scum." He wiped another tear from his cheek. Her face turned white. He grabbed the last book off the ground as he wiped two tears away from his cheeks. He quickly turned around and stormed off into the boys dormitory area. Her eyes narrowed in confusion. What had just happened? She stood there for a moment and then soon remembered she was supposed to meet her brother.

She walked into the Gryffindor common room even though she wasn't allowed. She saw some random girls laughing and whispering in her direction. She scoffed and walked swiftly towards her brothers dorm.

Once she reached his door she knocked three times. Three was their special number. So he would know who it was. The door quickly opened to her shirtless brother. "Puke." She whispered and fake gagged.

"Oh please, you wish you had my body." He smiled at her pushing his glasses up further on his nose. "How did you sleep, Rae?"

"Good I guess. Until Sirius showed up." His smiled quickly dropped.

"What?" He looked angry.

"I'm kidding. He only showed up a few minutes ago." His expression didn't change. "He said Lily and James were shagging all night. He just wanted a place to crash for a little." She giggled softly

"I don't like the way acts around you." He shook a towel around on his head, drying his hair. "It's like doughy and gross." He snickered to himself. She glared at him.

"Remus.." She looked at him with her usual worried eyes, "Do you think Regulus is okay?" His eyes quickly stared at her.

"Why would you care? You've hated him since your first year." he pointed out.

"I don't know..,I just ran into him. He seemed really off. Like more off than usual." Her eyes softened, "Which tells me something is wrong. He even stuttered while insulting me. That's even weirder."

"Stop worrying about him." He gave her a reassuring smile which quickly dropped, "He is disgusting and off limits." She scoffed. He pinched her cheeks and gestured toward the door. Almost telling her, without telling her, to leave.

She stepped foot into the Gryffindor common room on her way out. "Isn't that Remus's sister?" a random Gryffindor snickered to her second year friend. Raven shot them a quick 'can i fucking help you' look. That seemed to shut them up.

She bumped into Sirius on her way out. He looked angry. He walked passed her without acknowledging her presence. "Sirius?" She tried to grab his wrist, but he quickly snapped it away. "Are you okay?" She stared worriedly into his black eyes.

"I don't know Lupin go ask my brother."
