I can hear everything there saying and I just wanna hug Grayson so tight but I can't move I'm trying as hard as I can to open my eyes but I can't

I feel someone grab my hand

Q- y/n I don't know if you can hear me but you gotta come back for all of us for Grayson for your mom for Kegan

Ke- sissy please don't leave me I love you so much I can't lose you I need you to help with school and girls and stuff

I try laughing at the girls part and it hurts but I also can't feel it

Ke- please sissy fight for me and stay strong I need you

Then my heart monitor started beeping

Kegans POV

I can't lose my sister she's my best friend

Her moniter started beeping

Ke- wait did I do something wrong

Do- no keep going she's fighting for you

I smile and start talking again

Ke- look I can't lose you your my best friend I want my kids I'm the future to have the most beautiful positive aunt they can ever have and I want to be the uncle to your babies in the future just like we always planned when we were little I'm gonna walk you down the isle hand you off to Grayson and tell you how proud I am of you everyday for how much you've accomplished through all this I love you sissy please come back

Y/n POV

I can feel someone grabbing my hand again it's Kegan

I squeeze his hand lightly and open my eyes

Y- Kegan
I say faintly noticing he's the only one in the room

Ke- y/n omg
He hugs me and I scoot over in my bed so he could lay with me

Ke- wait I'm gonna go get the doctor and Grayson

Y- ok

He leaves and then soon comes back with Grayson and the doctor

G- baby

He runs to me and kisses me

G- never try and do that again you understand

I nod he kissed me again

I scoot to the middle so Grayson can lay on one side and Kegan can lay on the other
