Freddy walked up to Pip, already feeling super nervous.

"Hey Pip! I didn't see you there!" He blurted out.

"I actually wanted to tell you something..."He says shyly, shaking nervously while he looks away, blushing.

"I don't know if you feel the same way, but I love y-"

He then woke up from his dream in a cold sweat, remembering all that just happened.

"That was embarrassing..." Freddy says, whispering while hiding his blush, knowing that nobody was watching, but did it anyway.

"What time is it?" He says while pulling out the flypad.

"Four in the morning?!" He shouts, covering his beak shortly after.

"It's way too early for me to be awake. Must have been that dream that woke me up." He shivers at the thought of saying anything to Pip like that.

He laid back down, trying to fall back asleep, but he couldn't.

"Maybe a strawberry smoothie will help." He whispers as he gets up, trying to be quiet so he doesn't wake up Pip.

Freddy slowly makes his way out the door and into the cafeteria. It was pitch-black out there, so he aimlessly walked around. He knew he was in the cafeteria when he bumped into the long line of chairs.

Freddy then hears a noise come from the other side of the cafeteria and lets out a quiet scream.

"W-Who's there?" He stutters.

He then makes his way blindly towards the noise, bumping into the chairs and tables.

"Hello??" He then turns the corner, meeting a rather familiar outline in the dark.

"Oh hey Pip!" He shouts, forgetting that everyone was still sleeping. He then quickly puts his wings over his beak.

"What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be asleep?"

"I could ask you the same question" He says in a calm, low voice.

"I saw you walk out of the room without saying anything, so after you were gone for a while I came to check up on you."

"Oh, I was just getting a quick smoothie to put me back to sleep. I had a... nightmare." Freddy says while looking at the floor, hating the fact that he just lied to Pip.

"Oh, are you ok?" Pip says worryingly. "I can help you get a smoothie and go back to bed if you want."

"That would be awesome!" Freddy says happily, making sure to be quiet. "I was having trouble finding the stand..."

"That's fine! I know where it is. Let me take you there." Pip says with a smile on his face.

"Thanks Pip." They then find the stand after a little bit and both get a smoothie, Freddy finishing his almost immediately, regretting it after he gets a brain freeze.

They finish up their smoothies and go back to the room. "Thanks for helping me, Pip." Freddy says again, starting to think that he's annoying Pip with his consecutive Thank Yous'.

"It's no problem!" Pip says while he tucks Freddy into bed. "Are you able to fall back asleep now?"

"I think I can," Freddy says sheepishly, giggling. "Can I tell you something real quick?" He says with a nervous smile on his face.

"You can tell me anything you want" Pip says, smiling at the flamingo.

"Ok, can you come closer?" Freddy says, his smirk even bigger than before

"Sure! Is this close enough?" Pip says while getting closer to Freddy's face.

"Closer"

"Is this good?" Pip says, his face almost touching Freddy's.

"Yeah" Freddy says. He finally lifts his beak up a little bit and kisses Pip's cheek.

"Goodnight" Freddy said, his cheeks bright pink.

Pip Falls back immediately, trying to hide his blush. "Goodnight, Fredamingo."

The lights turn off and they both fall asleep
