The autumn breeze blew through my hair as I hastily looked for my bike. "Mom! Please help me find my bike! I don't wanna be later for school..." I trailed off.

A million thoughts were racing through my head. What were the other kid's quirks going to be like?

I had to hide my quirk. If anyone knew... I'd be on news channels all over the world.

Let's just say, my quirk is kind of like, um, Kusuo's powers from The disastrous life of Saiki K.

I have multiple powers, but I don't use most of them and probably haven't discovered all of them yet.

Whenever people ask me what my quirk is, I just say I can turn anything to stone without my glasses. It's the easiest thing I can think of.

Unlike Kusuo, contacts might work for me but I'm not willing to take a chance. His power turns people to stone temporarily whereas mine has a permanent effect.

And yes, I do have inhumane super strength, psychokinesis and other powers such as telepathy.

But enough about my quirk, my name is Y/N L/N and I'm still looking for my bike so I can get to my new school, U.A.

My father left for work already and my mother is still putting her makeup on.

"Never mind mom! I found it!" I shouted, my voice echoing throughout the house. My mother shouted back a faint, "Alright," and I took off.

I live around five to ten minutes away, depending on traffic, but today there were quite a few cars so I got there quickly.

I parked my bike and got off. There were so many people there. I looked around and most of these people looked quite friendly.

I spotted quite a cheerful looking girl with short brown hair. She was walking by herself.

"Ok, go ask that girl where your class is, she'll probably help, right? Yes she will. Go ask her." I thought to myself.

"Hi! I was wondering if you know where class 1-A is?" I asked her. I was lucky I wore my silver earrings today.

At a place like this, multiple thoughts at a time are really annoying and distracting. The only problem was I couldn't tell what she was thinking.

"Yeah!" She replied. "I'm actually in that class, so do you want to walk with me?" She asked.

"Yes please," I chuckled.

"So, what's your name?" She questioned as we walked up the stairs. "My name is Y/N," I smiled. "And yours?"

"I'm Ochaco."

"So Ochaco, what's your quirk?" I decided to ask this question because it would probably come up in another conversation.

"My quirk? Zero gravity! The moment I touch something, it floats. Then when I touch the tips of my fingers together, I release whatever I made float," She beamed.

I chuckled in my mind. I can make things float just by looking at them. But bragging aside, that is a really cool quirk.

"That's such a cool quirk! Mine is Medusa. I can make things turn to stone permanently just by looking at them," I explained. "But my glasses stop me from doing it on accident."

Ochaco's eyes lit up at a moment of realisation. "Ohhhh, ok. I was just going to ask you why I'm not a greek statute yet."

We both laughed.

I was about to say something else, before I realised we had already made it to the classroom. "Ok, time to meet your other classmates!" She said, before I even had time to mentally prepare.
