-they are all year 6's and voldemort doesn't exist for the sake of the story. when harry was a baby, he was destroyed completely, so no hocrux hunting's or draco being the death eater, it will just be a normal school life for everyone & the rest of the story plots remain the same.
The basic story plots & most of the characters in the book belong to the author of the Harry Potter series, J.k. Rowling.
