Powder's Birthday

Happy 18th Birthday, Shiori!

The date was December 12th, 2020. Shiori Coleman (Powder) woke up and saw that it looked chilly outside. She went downstairs to make breakfast. After she made breakfast, she got on Zoom.

Powder: I...hope...Isaac...and...Dillon...can...talk...today.

She invited Isaac and Dillon to chat. Almost immediately, they answered her invite.

Ice Fog: Shiori! Hi.

Powder: Hello.

Diamond Dust: Isaac told me that it's your birthday today. Happy birthday.

Powder: Thank...you.

Ice Fog: So, how old are you going to be? 18?

Shiori silently nodded.

Diamond Dust: That means you'll be graduating soon. And maybe you get to be in the same college as your sister.

Ice Fog: Speaking of Yukino, can you put her on the chat, Shiori?

Powder: I'll...try.

After a few minutes, Yukino (Snow) can onto the Zoom chat.

Snow: Hi, my little snowflake!

Ice Fog: Hey, Yukino.

Snow: And happy birthday, Shiori.

Powder: Thanks.

Diamond Dust: Shiori told us that she's going to be 18 today. Is that true?

Snow: It sure is. She's growing up fast. I'm so proud of her. And I bet our parents are, too.

Powder: Where's...my...nephew?

Ice Fog: Nephew? Oh, you mean Jason? He's over here. Want to see him?

He got up and went somewhere. He came back a minute later with his baby Jason in his arms.

Snow: Cute, as always.

Diamond Dust: He turned 6 months old last Thursday, on the 10th.

Snow: He did?! Oh, man! I totally forgot! I'm so sorry, Isaac. I guess schoolwork got to me. I could've wished him a happy 6-month birthday on Zoom or something.

Ice Fog: No, it's okay, Yuki.

Powder: So...he...was...born...in...June.

Diamond Dust: You would be correct, Shiori.

Ice Fog: And my parents really love him.

And so, the 4 modules continued to talk until Shiori had to go. All 4 modules signed off from Zoom.
