I stared at my small digital alarm clock...  throwing on some shorts and a white cami then walked out the door. There's never any need for shoes I would just end up taking them off. As soon as my feet touched the warm sand it filled between my toes.

"Aahh I never get tired of that,"

I walked down to where the ocean started, and enjoyed every step just out side the reach of the slow morning waves. I didn't have work till noon so I could walk out as far as a mile today. The view of the sun on the horizon and the breeze is always so nice to take in.

I've walked this same beach a hundred times but, I could see something laying near the water. My first thought is someone decided to dump there trash here again. As I got closer it started looking less like a pile and more like...a person!? I had to be the the only one around for about half a mile! I broke into a run. He was unconscious but, he had a purple surf board that lied next to him in the sand and wore a surfers dog tag.

"Kamari: age 19," I read aloud.

He must have heard me cause he shifted and tried to look my way.

"Help..," he muttered before blacking out again. I figured this would bite me in the butt later but for the mean time I decided to drag him back to the house. It must have taken forever for me to push him up on his surfboard and drag him to the house. Probably even longer to get him upstairs to my room. I don't know how I didn't notice it before but he was a mess. His face looked pained and his shirt was torn. I did my best to take it off...wait a sec, am I blushing?!

I shook my head. What am I thinking? I don't even know this guy! I sighed and finished removing his shirt and saw the cuts across his chest and sides.

"Sheesh what happened to you?" I spoke quietly to the unconscious boy.

As best as I could I bandaged his waist and knee, carefully brushing the sand off his bronze skin. My cheeks burned as I looked at him. He seemed less pained and more peaceful as his chest gently rose and fell with each breath..

I shook my head again. What has gotten into me?

I stood from the bed and walked out the room, giving one last glance through the parted door before walking off to the kitchen. Nothing more I could do but wait for him to wake up. With a cup if hot tea in my hands I sat at the kitchen table.

Its been a while since another guy has been in this house. I tapped my cup as I thought about the man upstairs in my bed.

His short thick black hair that fell almost to his eyes. His toned bronze surfers body. The way his muscles moved as he breathed. He was gorgeous.

I felt my cheeks burn again and I took a sip of my tea. "At least he's still alive," I thought.

The time was getting well past eleven.

"Hmm."

I couldn't just leave him alone in case he woke up. I haven't even showered yet from this morning, now that I was covered in sand from dragging him inside.

Leaving me tea on the table, I went back up stairs and called in to work.

"Hey Justin? I'm gonna need a personal day....No no, I'm fine just something came up...I'll be there tomorrow, promise...Thanks."

I sighed in relief and got into the hot shower.

Kamari's POV

I can hardly remember anything.  At least I'm alive. Oww, but I probably won't be for long. I can't even get up, I'm so weak. Wait I hear someone coming.

Is that a girls voice?

Somehow I gained enough energy to open my eyes. To my surprise her big puppy brown eyes looked down at me.

Damn, she's one beautiful lifeguard. Her shoulder length black hair and golden toast skin. It must be early morning, the way the sun is making her glow and shine against her pink lips..

She looks scared, well I would be too if I found someone half dead on a beach.

"Help," I managed to say something before it all went black again.

The next time I woke up I was in a bedroom. What's this cold thing on my head? A wet cloth? And where the hell did my favorite shirt go?

I looked down at myself and saw bandages wrapped around my abdomen, chest, and knee. It all hurt like hell.

There was a clock on the dresser,

11:32am

How long has it been? The last thing I remember is the one thing I wish I could forget..

I layed back, closing my eyes again. It was then I realized the faint sound of a shower.

I wish I could get up.

Then the shower went off, and someone walked in.

I herd the sliding of drawers opening and closing. Taking a chance I opened my eyes slightly, and then suddenly all at once.

It was her. God I wish I knew her name.

I felt my cheeks redden when I saw her curvy figure in just black lace panties, watching as she hooked a matching bra.

"Beautiful," I whispered.

She looked at me. Her puppy eyes made me want to melt as she just looked at me with a little blush of her own.

Just me and nameless.
