The crazy drive home

The bell rang and me and Joey knew what that meant. during lunch we all agreed when the bell rang we would try to Leave school before most of the kids came outside to get picked up.

Me and Joey sprint out of the science classroom and bolted down the stairs where we caught up with jogging Trevor. " they left me behind." Trevor says panting like I dog. I laugh at how kian and Sam got away so fast. we kept running until we got to the exit where Zoe had been waiting in a black van.

I hopped in through the back doors and wondered if anyone important to me at school saw. I climb further never the front of the van where everyone else was getting in Zoe climbed the the back seat while Ricky got into the driver seat where Zoey had been.

"Is everyone here?" Asked Ricky from the front. I stood up and did a head count. "no! one person is missing!" I yelled at Ricky. I scanned over everyone and realized who was gone... Jc. I looked out the window and saw him. he was kissing the meanest person at school... Cassie Martin.

I tapped on Kian's shoulder knowing he would go get him for me because I can't be seen getting in the van. he turned around and I pointed out the at the direction Jc was in. kian nodded and got out of the van. I watched from the window as kian interrupted the kiss by picking Jc up and throwing him over his shoulder as Jc screamed and pounded on Kian's back like a 4 year old would.

Jc was put in the car then kian climbed in. I look at Jc angry. "what did I do?" Jc said as if nothing just happened.

"Why her why could just just go kiss a different girl!" I yelled extremely mad. "what? I can't kiss her but you can kiss that boy?... What's his name? Jake?" My face turns red from being embarrassed but I am still angry." His name is Jay and that's different-" he cuts me off "different how?" he asks"it was the basketball bet Jenn had me do it." " You're just jealous." Jc said really quietly but loud enough for me to hear.

After that it was awkward everyone stayed silent. well everyone thought it was awkward except Jenn she thought it would be a good time to use the bet against me again. she scooted over to me from where she was sitting. she then whispered something in my ear."do I have to?" She nodded.

I crawl over to Jc. I do as told. I say sorry and he says it's fine then I look at Jenn and she nods. Then I kiss him, he kisses back and we kiss for a while then stop.

Ricky must have seen because he pulled over the car." Emily. here. now." he says strictly. Joey knowing what to do gets out of the passenger seat and goes in the back with everyone else. I sit where Joey had been not wanted to see the bad version of Ricky. I cross my arms and Ricky starts driving again we silently get to the house and walk in.
